I really enjoyed this story. I'm not a big fan of previous relationships from the past, but this one is written very well . I'm very interested in reading the rest of the series! Thank you for the opportunity to read and review it!

This was book was a great start to a new series. Penelope Bloom is a new to me author and I will be going back and reading more of her work.

Kira and her friends made a promise to never date a King brother. She is getting ready to start her first year of teaching at the same high school she went to. She didn’t expect to see Richard King at her classroom door on the first day of school.

Richard King and his brothers have returned to set up the headquarters of their company. He comes back to town with a woman who is a pretending to be his girlfriend. He can’t seem to get Kira off his mind.

I really enjoyed Rich and Kira’s story. The characters and secondary ones made this book a page turner. If you’re looking for a quick read grab this one. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I was excited to read this based on the blurb. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me and I found myself skimming. The humor leaned more towards silly. I did like Kira and Rich. I didn’t really like the others, so I don’t think I’ll be reading the rest of the series.

I received a copy of this book through NetGalley for an honest review.

First time reading this author and I enjoyed this book. Was not at all what I expected to read but I did enjoy it. I will check out other books from her because I am curious to see what else she has written.

This was a really fun read and a great starter for this series about the King brothers and the girls they wronged in high school. The characters were very likable although the girls could be frustrating, it had some steamy scenes and some comedic moments. Overall I really enjoyed it and can't wait to read about the next brother!

This is the perfect series starter! I read it in one sitting and cannot wait to see what happens next in the next book of the series!

You know when the guy you had a crush on in high school comes back to town, but now he and his brothers are hot tech billionaires, and he’s trying really hard to date you and seems like he’s a genuinely decent person, just one with a private jet and a helicopter? No? Then you may not relate to Rich and Kira’s story, but you’ll probably enjoy reading it anyway. (Even if the hero is literally named Rich King. Rich. King. Get it?)

This book has some plot and character issues, but definitely had a few moments of greatness. There were some laugh-out-loud scenes, and the series has potential. I’m going on to read about the next brother now.

When 3 best friends swear to never date a King brother again they hold onto the promise and embrace the hate for the rest of high school and the next 7 years. The King Brothers head off to college and start their own business becoming billionaires living in CA. Then after 7 years they come home to their home town. Let the cringe worthy, embarrassing, comedy of errors begin, along with conniving, underhanded snobby actions by the parents. The Kings are still piper sexy and hard to ignore. What a fun read with great characters. I can’t wait to read the rest of the King brother stories!

Rich King, one of three brothers of the King family is more of a straight laced guy. However, Rich has a twin brother Cade who is quite a bit more immature than him and he is the one that cracks a lot of the jokes. So it fits in with his character perfectly. I was laughing out loud throughout the book.

Kira Summerland is a school teacher that has a history with Rich. She knew him in high school and had a crush on him, but dated his younger brother Nick. Rich did something that screwed her over and she has hated him ever since, but all three Kings moved away, and Kira along with her two friends made a pact to never date a King again. So when the King brothers return to town to put their Company Headquarters nearby and Rich pursues her, the pact becomes a problem.

This is a brilliant fun read that you will love.
Kira is getting on with her life as best she can in her small home town with her two best friends. She is shocked to hear that her nemesis from high school is back and is now a billionaire.
Can Rich get Kira to accept his apology after he ruined her life before he left as he wants so much more from her.
I loved their chemistry even though she keeps denying her feelings for him.
Their relationship has so many ups and downs and his parents are trying to keep them apart.
Full of fun, drama and emotion.
I can't wait to read Cade and Nick's books. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Unfortunately this was a DNF at about 25%. I struggled to connect with the two main characters--they came across as immature and petty to me.

I have read previous books by Penelope Bloom, and I enjoyed this book as much as I did the others, which I liked a lot. This book is about Rich and Kira, who were enemies as children, but when they meet again as adults their relationship grows despite Kira having made a pact with her friends many years before to never speak to him again.

This book is witty and charming, and funny in places. There are other characters too, who add to the warmth of the world that the author has created. This is a complete story, with no cliffhangers, written in dual pov style between the two main protagonists.

I loved the sound of the blurb and I was very excited to read it. Unfortunately, the plot dragged and the characters were lackluster. The romance had no real spark for me and I struggled to finish this.

This is my first book from this author and I'm always excited to find something new. I didn't love Anyone but Rich but, I didn't hate it either. It really just fell somewhere in the middle for me. I never really felt a connection with the characters and parts of it seemed to drag a little. There were some funny parts and I enjoyed the storyline but I'm not sold on the series just yet.

Sadly, this book did not work for me.
The situations presented were too OTT for me.
I wish there was a little more back story to why there was such animosity from the girls towards the guys.

I did laugh at some instances. But sadly, I couldn't finish this book.

The writing was great. No complains there.

Fun, fast and easy read. This is my first time reading a book by Penelope Bloom. I really did enjoy this book all though it was predictable.
Three girls make a promise to never date the King Brothers. Even if they grew up to become billionaires. Even if they crawled back to us asking for forgiveness.
He shows up to my job on my first day. He hasn’t changed at all. He’s also the kind of gorgeous and she knows that she is done for.
Give it a try
I hope Book # 2 and Book #3 are good also

This was a great idea for a book and was greatly executed! I loved the scorned girls pact to stay away from the popular guys! When these rich men return to town it made for great chemistry with all characters that was hot, racy, funny and entertaining. I actually love Rich's character after awhile. His desire to get Kira despite all the odds and opinions of others. Kira was strong, witty and determined female. Loved these two together.

Can't wait for next book in this series!

Kira’s friendship with Miranda and Iris is the most important thing to her. When an incident during high school threatens to tear them all apart, Kira forces the girls to agree that they will never get involved with the King Brothers. They were all good until seven years later when the King Brothers are back and they want to make amends.

Kira is ready to start her new job as a teacher. She struggled to make something of her life but she is back on the right path. Richard King arrives in town just as her new life starts off and he wants to apologize for causing her to lose out on her scholarship. Kira tries hard to ward him off but he is determined to win her over.

You ever get excited to read a book and something about it throws you off? Well that is exactly what happened to me with this book. It has all the bones to make a good story but it falls a bit flat. The characters are all juvenile. Everyone is holding onto pain from high school and they are all about to be 30 years old.

The guys are still catering to their parents and acting like young playboys. They are billionaires running their own company and the parents tell them what to do. The ladies are convening in every scene to remind each other of the pact. I wanted them to just speak about what happened and move on because it wasn’t all the way clear on how this impacted all six characters.

Overall, it all worked out and the author set it up for the other two couple to get their books.

A promise was made years ago to never date a King brother..... how that can be promised is beyond me. I fell for Richard even though he is a cocky SOB but damnnnn Penelope Bloom goes into great detail with how gorgeous this man is!

I love how Anyone But Rich isn’t the norm... don’t get me wrong it has heat and steamy but it was hilarious! I was in tears laughing a lot through out this book. I can not wait for book two!!!
