Enjoyable. Fast and quick read.
I liked Vincent "Cash" alot, jade was a little annoying. So the chemistry was a bit so and so.

I loved the characters and the storyline development of this book. It was absolutely one of my favorites so far and I can't wait to delve in to the next one that this author writes. The storyline was simple, enjoyable, and entertaining.

This was a good read! The writing flowed well from start to finish, and I loved Cash and Jade together. They had great chemistry! The banter back and forth between them was the right amount of snarky without being mean. I did get annoyed at Jade quite a few times with her pretending nothing was going on with Cash. I didn't blame Cash for feeling the way he did. I felt like things with Jade's mom were resolved too easily. It was kinda like okay, we're good, after years of treating her like crap. I was happy to see Jade and Cash get their HEA. This was a first for me from this author, but I will be reading her again!

Wow, I love this book! I stalled on reading it but now I hate that I did wait. It was perfect. Jules captures my heart with these characters.

Jade McKenzie left her high-society family’s expectations behind when she came back to cozy Haven, and she’s never been happier. But what’s supposed to be a quick trip to Nashville for a cousin’s wedding turns into a disaster when one of the airport’s pilots offers to fly her there. One crash landing and a shared room later, and tattooed, bearded Cash Miller is standing in as her gorgeously unsuitable plus-one—and turning her on in ways she can’t deny. But a relationship? A real one? That’s definitely in the no-fly zone. Vincent “Cash” Miller doesn’t have much in the world, but he does have pride—and a strict policy not to let anyone trash-talk his friends, not even their mothers. Standing up for sexy, headstrong Jade comes naturally—but so does the bone-deep itch for her he’s always wanted to scratch. Giving in to attraction is one thing, but commitment is another. So why does it feel like together, love might take them to breathtaking heights?
This was a pretty good story that I really enjoyed. I liked both main characters a lot. I really liked the overall story we well. I look forward to reading more from this author. I highly recommend.

This book, Hold on to Me is the third book in a series. Luckily for me it wasn't too hard to follow along with even though I had not read the other two. Jade and Cash are two people who seem wholly unsuited for each other. As a matter of fact, they annoy one another. But he does her a favor by attending a wedding with her, and one things leads to another... they hook up. Suddenly their "no strings" relationship is turning into something more.

I'm not always a fan of the "will they/won't they" story line because I think if it isn't done right it's a bit played out, but I really enjoyed this story. The chemistry between the characters was believable, even though they jumped rather swiftly into it--they'd been acquaintances for a while after all. This was a fast, cute read, with a few steamy scenes in it, but nothing I'd be afraid to see my grandma reading.

All in all, I would definitely be interested in reading the first two books in the series, and any other series' Jules Bennett has written. This book was published in August of 2019, so if you're in the mood for a feel good spicy romance, check it out!

Really like Cash and Jade. So cute!! Can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher and the author for my ARC. All opinions are my own.

A plane crash and a wedding started the affair between Cash and Jade, and that’s all they intend it to be. Keeping their relationship a secret isn't easy and these things never seem to stay hidden long. Hold On To Me is a really cute story with great characters. I just wish I would have known it was a series! I am now off to read the previous books!

Cash and Jade had a interesting story, to say the least! Not friends and not enemies, but after the plane incident, lovers on their way to friends. Lots of chemistry. Catching up with the crew. Solid story.

Hold On to Me by Jules Bennett is such a good read, from the first page I was hooked.
The storyline was entertaining, the characters were likable, engaging and my interest was captured from the first page until the end.

Another wonderful read by Jules Bennett and a great addition to the Return to Haven Series.

*Thank you to the publisher via Netgalley for the advance copy.*

I always love an enemies to lovers book, and this one was great! I really enjoyed the story and now I need to go back and read the others!

This is the 3rd book in a series, of which I've read none. 🙃 Good news though, I still understood everything!

Cash and Jade were the typically "hate each other until we don't" couple. For the first part of the book they weren't each other's throats and for the rest of it.... well you know where this is heading. 😉

Funny in parts and usually whity, I enjoyed the banter and the author kept me engaged in the romance and the supporting story.

Thank you to netgalley & kensingtonbooks for a review copy in exchange for an honest review.

Hold On to Me is the third book in the Return to Haven series by Jules Bennett. While I have not read the previous books, I think that I can safely say that each can stand on its on, however this will be a must read for fans of the series since the main couple are the last singles in this particular group of friends.

Hold On to Me is a friends to more romance that rounds out a series of contemporary romances. I loved Jade's balance of spunk and vulnerability. She is a smart business woman, willing to fight for herself and her friends, but is not all that confident or experienced when it comes to relationships. Cah likes to go it alone, his past has taught him not to put his faith in others- and even when those closest to him would be happy to lend a hand he is too stubborn to ask for help. This pair shares the same circle of friends and engage in a battle of wits and wills at almost every turn. It was great fun to see these to take that spark and turn it into something so much more, and to see them each grow so much emotionally through the book. They each have so many fears and vulnerability- but are so busy trying not to show it that the read was a roller coaster. I liked them each individually- and their circle of friends were great. I enjoyed watching the relationship play out- and thought that their hangups and reactions were very realistic. There were a few moments when I wanted to face palm, not because the reaction was not organic, but because I knew it would other cause more trouble or issues along the road.

Hold On to Me is a romance with plenty of heart and heart and a nice touch of humor to keep everything balanced.

Jules Bennett has always been an author I enjoyed reading since I found her by accident. This 3rd story in the Return to Haven series is a wonderful addition. This story was full of sweet, sexy & secret romance as well as heartbreak & longing for a life not thought possible. A plane crash & a dreaded family wedding are what brings Cash & Jade closer & allows them to venture into their secret relationship, but when feelings change & secrets come out, one of them is left to fight for them & their relationship & come face to face with the idea that love might not be all that unattainable for them. I enjoyed watching them grow together, as well as seeing the other friends & especially the sweet little matchmaker Piper who was continually trying to set Cash & Jade up with friends parents. Definitely recommend.

It's always tough to jump into a series partway. Some authors make it easy and some make it hard (I actually started another book that's part of a series before this -- and, like this story, says it can be read as a standalone -- but, nope, I had to put that book down and start this one because it was so tough to read without past history!) and I definitely appreciate authors that make it easy to get into the world. Jules Bennett certainly let you know there are other love stories that took place in Haven, GA, but it wasn't too difficult to get caught up because she made sure to have Jade & Cash take center stage. It was an easy story, kept me engaged. 2.5-3 stars.

A really great conclusion to Jules Bennett's series!

Jade has to get to her cousin's wedding and Cash is going to fly her there.
After a crash landing he ends up her plus one. There is definitely mutual attraction and chemistry, but they don't plan to let it develop into a relationship. Of course, love doesn't follow their plan, and it is entertaining and fun to see their journey to happily ever after.

A plane crash and a wedding may have jump-started the affair between Cash and Jade, but that is all the further they intend to let it go. Keeping their relationship a secret isn't easy and these things never seem to stay hidden long. Hold On To Me is a really fun story with great characters that will keep you guessing what they will be up to next.

This is a fun, sexy, emotionally thrilling romantic journey filled with interesting charters, laugh out loud moments and heartwarming twists.... was a great read from beginning to end. Really enjoyed this visit back to Haven and looking forward to the next.

Jade McKenzie left her high paying job and her family in Atlanta and moved back to her hometown to build an airport with her two best friends and their significant others. She has no time and intention of having a relationship and definitely not with Vincent “Cash” Miller. The man may have abs of steel and tattoos but he also infuriates her with his remarks and jokes. It seems that they can’t even be in the same room without getting on each other’s nerves.

That all changes when Jade has to attend her cousin’s wedding and is in need of a plus one and Cash offers to help. But is it possible to have a hot and secret fling without having feelings involved?

I enjoyed the story and there was great chemistry between Jade and Cash. But I thought that the constant snarky comments were a little too much. I also would have liked the love scenes to have been a little more explicit and long. It just felt like a letdown after all the build up.

A sweet opposites attract romance.
