The third book in this series and it has Seth Sinclair wanting to make a deal with the female attorney that has been fighting him on the property that he wants to build a hotel on. Riley Montgomery enjoys fighting with Seth and chasing woman away who are trying to be with him at the coffee house they go to. When he comes up with solution for her to have a win for the property that they are fighting over, she does not know if it is worth it. He needs an escort to a gala and he wants her to go with him. The problem is he thinks she is just an average attorney fighting environmental cases. She really comes from a very wealthy family and was fine walking away from all of that B.S. especially her mother and ex fiancé. He of course does not find this out until they are at the function and is accosted by her brothers and then realizes what is going on. After having to deal with her mother he begins to see he was glad not to have come from that and still have his blue-collar vibes. Riley though has some issues from the past she must deal with and she does not know if Seth will still want her when she tells him. What she is not expecting is what Seth does and she has to get her emotions under control, for she has never felt like that before. A very good story and very much worth the read.

This is the third book in the Accidental Billionaires series by J.S. Scott and this one does not disappoint. I enjoy this series and this book. This book follows Seth Sinclair who has chose to invest in construction. He’s trying to build on beach front property but runs into an obstacle of endangered birds. These birds are protected by the best lawyer in environmental law Riley Montgomery and she’s one fiesty woman. The problem lies when Seth can’t seem to get enough of her and comes up with a plan to keep her closer. This is a great story and not at all what I thought when I started reading this book. I definitely recommend this book and this series.

Another new to me author and what a great story to start with.
I read it in one sitting as it’s very well done, fast paced story with great characters and witty banter. The characters were all a perfect mixture and well matched. It’s has suspense and romance and hot moments and just a perfect read.
Looking forward to read more by the author.

5 When the Arrangement Leads to So Much More Stars!!!

In this third book of The Accidental Billionaire series we’re getting Seth Sinclair’s story and I absolutely loved Seth and Riley together. They’re both headstrong in their beliefs and what they’re willing to do to get what they want. Little did they know that this same fight would lead them to a love that would be as strong as the fight they’re butting heads on!

I loved how Seth started the flirting with Riley not really understanding what that would mean down the line. Riley is a woman that is beautiful and strong and will do anything she can for what she believes in even if it means a fake relationship with her enemy…Seth Riley!!!

Ms. Scott has delivered another great Sinclair story and seeing how this family continues to grow both in size and as people. I’m not sure I’ll ever have enough of this entire clan!

Sweet, sexy and brimming with emotion…

I loved this steamy romance! The playful, steamy and simply fun emails between Riley and Seth hinted at the warmth and personality behind the senders. There was no malice even though they were on opposite sides of a property tug of war. Seth’s love of family won out quickly (I loved how he caved simply for his love and respect for his sister) and in doing so, gained points with Riley at the same time. A fake relationship may have been how it started, but their frenemy-ship was going to be tested…

This story had hidden depth, secret pain and a devoted pair that had my heart squeezed more than once. Riley was a survivor and led her life with courage and honesty. How Seth backed her up, loved her, was just what she needed. And deserved…

Another great read by a favourite author.

Ok, the most important questions are: Where have I been?! Am I not involved so deep in the bookish community? Have I been blind not to see this series around?! Because this third book is absolutely fantastic! I cannot imagine the previous two, but I can definitely add them to my TBR.

Seth and Riley seem to have different motives behind their actions. They have a conflict and they need to solve it somehow. His next construction project is affecting an endangered species of birds. Funny thing is they reach an agreement in which she is his fake girlfriend. Now, who has more to gain, remains to be seen, since Riley has her own demons to fight and bad memories to keep at bay.

The two of them are amazing. They are clearly an adult couple, no childish attitude and with a mind set on the objective to accomplish. Seth’s however changes. With his sight set on the beautiful lawyer, he is hell bent on winning her trust and heart. His strength will give her the confidence she needs. The attraction they have, the connection, it’s so well described.

The author has managed to transpose the feelings into words and I was able to empathize with our characters. This, combined with a great plot, a hero and a heroine worth every page, it’s a recipe for success. So I feel compelled to give 5 stars. I MUST make sure I get my hands on the series and I do advise you to do the same. “Enamored” can be read as a standalone, but I am convinced the other books are at least as amazing as this one. I guess that this book proves that money does not buy everything. Seth Sinclair newly minted billionaire has always found it difficult to find love. Previously no girl was interested because he had little money and was helping to take care of his siblings and now they only want him for his money. That's until he meets feisty attorney Riley Montgomery and sparks fly even though she is trying to prevent him developing some property that she fighting to save for endangered birds.

Although Riley is attracted to him she does her best to keep him at arm's length, but Seth is falling for her and proposes an arrangement where she will accompany him to a fund raiser and help to keep the gold-diggers away from him. At the event he learns some of the secrets of Riley's past including that she is very wealthy in her own right. He also discovers why she stays away from the wealthy set and why she is so afraid when it comes to relationships. Seth is convinced that they belong together and vows to protect her from her past.

Seth is an amazingly good guy in this story and you can't help but fall for him yourself. Riley's story is so painful that you can't help but admire her spirit and work to leave her past behind and you have to cheer her on as she drops the barriers between her and Seth. A wonderfully sweet love story as are all the books in this series.

I absolutely adored Seth and Riley. This book captivated me and kept me reading to the end. I loved the chemistry between Seth and Riley as well as seeing Seth's siblings. Now I'm eagerly anticipating Noah's story.

Enamored is the third book in The Accidental Billionaires series by J.S. Scott. The series features the Sinclair siblings and it's time for Seth to get his happy ending! Each book can be read as stand-alone, so you can just dive into this one even if you haven't read the previous books. An important thing you should know is that there is mention of sexual abuse in this book and it might be a trigger for some people.

Seth owns some land he hopes he could turn into a resort and make it profitable. His sister and our heroine, Riley, are against it because it's also a habitat for some rare birds and the destruction of the land would endanger them even more. Thankfully, Seth is not so ruthless and agrees to give the land away if Riley pretends to be his girlfriend in various events. And that's how our hero was able to court the heroine.

I liked Riley and Seth's relationship. They are two people I wanted to see together and I liked how they were with each other. Even the angst, in the end, worked for me and it was refreshing in a way. The book was easy to read. The main characters were likable, the pace was good and I enjoyed every page I read, so I would certainly recommend it!

This is a story about resilience and strength. Riley has been betrayed in the worst way. Never feeling as if she belonged, she finally puts her foot down to her domineering mother and learns to live her life on her own terms. She has never felt valued or loved. Then she meets Seth. They clash heads over endangered birds. She'll fight tooth and nail to protect those birds, and Seth is a big obstical in her way. They come to a mutual agreement. Can Riley open her heart to a really good man? Can Seth get Riley to trust that he won't hurt her, use her, or put her down? I hope you read this great, endearing story that leaves you with a little more faith in love. I really recommend it.

Oh J.S. Scott knows how to write the enemies to lovers deal. She has a way of matching up just the right conflicts, matches the right people and places them in a billionaire's world. Yum

Seth and Riley start out as rivals but oh the chemistry... I have enjoyed getting to know all of the Sinclair billionaires. J.S. Scott writes billionaires like no other and yet her stories keep getting better and better. I loved Seth and Riley together and all of the interaction with the family that we have come to know and love.

In the third installment of the Accidental billionaires series, Seth and Riley are in an ongoing legal battle about a piece of property that Seth wants to develop. As an environmental lawyer, Riley as an environmental lawyer wants protect the wildlife. .Seth doesn't want to let the property go, but not because he's greedy or selfish or uncaring, but because he wants more time with Riley. So he agrees to give her the sanctuary if she agrees to help keep other woman at bay by being his fake girlfriend. Riley establishes some pretty sound ground rules, but their attraction keeps getting in the way! But Seth won't make a move until she asks. Along the way, Riley has to confront a past that she really wanted to keep there - in the past. And Seth is supportive and helps her face it every step of the way.

The chemistry, respect and bond between Seth and Riley is obvious, and J.S. Scott created a blooming relationship that develops nicely throughout the story. A thoroughly enjoyable read.

Seth is drawn to Riley as sees who he is as a man and not what he can do for her while he helps her heal from the destructive people in her life as well as her past. Their journey is far from easy but that only made it that much more satisfying.

JS Scott tackles a sensitive and deeply emotional issue in Enamored and she handles it admirably. It was not done in a heavy handed or preaching manner.

Who would have thought that an endangered shore bird would bring Riley Montgomery and Seth Sinclair together? But it's their mutual attraction and a contract that leads to an eventual HEA. Riley is sassy, smart and definitely a work in progress. She needs a man like Seth in her life. A man who accepts her without reservation or judgement. Seth has his own demons leftover from a tough childhood but he is decisive, successful and caring. Opening up to each other gets them through the rough spots and ultimately brings them closer toether.

Enamored (Accidental Billionaires, book 3) is another excellent book in the Accidental Billionaires series. With the sneak peek we got at the end of Entangled (Accidental Billionaires, book 2), you just knew Seth and Riley’s store was going to be good, and it was so, so good. I really liked our handsome hunk, Seth, but Riley was such a wonderful character because there is so much more to her, and once the mystery unfolds you will understand why she is the way she is. I loved watching their relationship grow into something so meaningful. Their story begins with property that Seth owns and would like to develop; however, Riley (an environmental lawyer) has squashed that idea because the property needs to stay as is for the wildlife that uses that land during the summer. The solution to this problem results in deals being made. Enamored (Accidental Billionaires, book 3) offers so much, there is mystery, drama, secrets, misunderstandings, groveling, and with all that going on there is also a wonderful love story, and J. S. Scott never disappoints when she delivers these oh so delicious HOT, HOT sex scenes. Enamored (Accidental Billionaires, book 3) is a must read! I cannot wait to read Noah’s story!

This is book three in the Accidental Billionaires series, and it doesn’t disappoint. This time it’s Seth’s turn. One of the older siblings trying to fit in to his new wealth and change in lifestyle. Great storyline between the two leads Seth and Riley with smoking hot chemistry. If you are a fan of these books you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to read Noah’s story next.

Riley hates Seth for wanting to build on land he owns that birds have been nesting on the beach. Seth loves the fire and fight that Riley has but doesn't want to give up his land to a wildlife sanctuary. I'll let you read to find out what happens but know that there are a lot of struggles and battles that both Riley and Seth go through together

The Accidental Billionaires series are all contemporary romances that follow a family of brothers and sisters who go from blue-collar to billionaire overnight. They have some family cross-over, but they can all be easily read as standalone HEA romances.

Seth Sinclair has taken his share of the family windfall and invested in his own property and construction company. It has been quite a change to go from construction worker to head of his own company, but he has made it work and prosper. Just one problem, the beach front he wants to develop is a nesting site of an endangered bird and a beautiful and stubborn environmental attorney is fighting Seth every step of the way. Even as he considers giving in for his sister’s sake, he does not want to quit his sparring with Riley.

Riley Montgomery wants the beach front property for a wildlife sanctuary. She has been battling Seth for months and has suddenly received a proposition from Seth. If she will pretend to be his girlfriend and help him at society functions for two months, he will hand over the land. As apprehensive as she is, she wants that land and agrees with certain conditions and one of those is absolutely NO sex.

Seth is not happy with Riley’s conditions, but he is willing to play along for now. Riley has a secret from her past though that she feels makes her unworthy of Seth and his love.

This is such an emotionally charged romance. Seth is BBF swoon worthy. (I want one of those!) Riley is so strong to have survived her past, grown out of the need to be a part of her old social circle and be willing to allow Seth in and tell him the truth. Seth is absolutely perfect for Riley. The sex scenes are explicit, but not gratuitous. I felt they were well written and take into account Riley’s history. This is the type of billionaire romance I like. Rags to riches, but not letting the money change who and what you are. Family, true friends and love is still the core of the Sinclair family values.

Ms. Scott has written an entertaining, steamy and healing romance that I can highly recommend. I now need to catch up on the previous books as I wait for the next which I hope will be Noah’s story.
