This is a good book for the beginner in instructing the use of equipment and different exercises, also a meal plan. A good book for anyone wanting to get started in lifting weights.
I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. This book is perfect for those just starting out in body building. Lots of great information including diet, equipment and moves.
Great way to introduce the novice body builder to sets and repetitions that will increase their strength and endurance. Will definitely incorporate into my workouts.

I received a free e-copy of Bodybuilding for Beginners: A 12-Week Program to Build Muscle and Burn Fat by Kyle Hunt from NetGalley for my honest review.
I have been training for the last 11 months in the gym with a trainer. I am now on my own and although I know how to train and work out I still truly enjoyed this book. This is a wonderful, well explained and planned out book that can help anyone. I really enjoyed the 12 week program that she planned out in this book including things to eat, not eat, workouts to do. I loved how she took it to a personal level and even let the reader know what is in her kitchen. The discussions on gluten, non gluten, non dairy, dairy, processed, spices, etc are a great help.
Wonderful tool for anyone.
I Found Kyle's book to be through and easily to follow. It was like you had someone right there providing you with information and guidelines. The book divided into three parts: Setting The foundation, The fundamental exercises that shows how to perform them and finally the twelve week jumpstart program. This is an excellent book to have as a guide to assist with your development of a bodybuilding program.
Bodybuilding For Beginners by Kyle Hunt is a great resource for not only beginners delving into lifting for the first time, but also seasoned veterans as well.
I liked the simple format of the text. The initial introduction into the physiology and the whys of weightlifting, dietary involvement, and the hows, I feel, is very informative for the newcomers.
I loved the format of the text. By breaking down into Lower extremities, core/back, and lastly upper body, it helped break down the best exercises for each, how to do them, common errors, imaging showing the lift, and areas that the lift affects.
I also enjoyed the 12 week program suggestions at the end as well.
The text was clean, concise, and informative. It is at a level that anyone can understand and appreciate.
I plan on incorporating this into my already established weight routine.
