I really enjoyed this book! For a beginners guide it's really good. She gives you so much information on oils, what to use, how to use them, what they are good for. Oh man if you are just starting this is a definite purchase! She has so many recipes with clear instructions from diaper rash, to pms, to inhalers, and aftershave! I am really happy with this. I have been using oils off and on for years and wouldn't consider myself a beginner, but I will absolutely continue using this book!
