This is an enjoyable, quick YA Romance. It is light, a bit quirky, and very funny in spots. While Cam, the heroine, was a bit annoying at first, she evolved and matured as the book progressed and I was rooting for her at the end. This is my first book by Shani Petroff, but definitely won't be my last. 4 Stars!

I was hoping for a little more of a romance based on the author’s previous novels. However, the message about not being dependent on a boy is an important one and I would want my young teen to connect to the message. Well written and I enjoyed the main character’s friends.

Finding Mr. Better-Than-You started off so good but it fizzled out through the middle. I liked Camryn in the beginning but she complained a lot. I also didn't care for the ending this story was a disappointment.
