I enjoyed this futuristic wartime novel. The novel was fast paced and an interesting read. The main characters were well developed. I enjoyed the plot.

This is a great book. I really enjoyed it. The characters are well developed and the story is packed with action and adventure. The author does a great job delivering a story with a solid plot and interesting subplots. If you had read Hammond's Hardcases series it will make great follow up to how the last book “Trojan Colony” ended. This book has been great culmination to the series. Author definitely left room open for another book but no spoilers here.

Gateway War is cinematic science fiction that reads like a ready-to-televise narrative — lots of fun, exploration, and action. An energetic read!
