I love Bella Osborne’s books. Teasing these in parts, wanting you to read on to find out what happens. Can’t wait for the next instalment for Regan.
"Meet Me at Pebble Beach: Part One – Out of the Blue is the exciting new serial from Bella Osborne, a tale of resilience and new beginnings. When Regan's lottery numbers come up, she's hit with an amazing windfall – only to find out it was a bad prank, and now she's got nothing. Can Regan pull through, or will she get washed out to sea? Find out in Part One of this dramatic, emotional series."
Loved this book, such an easy read. Reagan was just like the girl next door or even us when life gets hard. The story follows her struggles and is very heartwarming. Help you believe the good in the world
Definitely recommend to family and friends
I overall loved this part of the story. Gave a really good start to this '4 part mini series' I really enjoy reading like this as it allows you to brea I up a little. The stat of the storyline is fun and engaging and the characters were really well written and presented throughout without feeling overloaded with character info.
An intriguing starter so much so I had to purchase the other parts.
Regan lives in Brighton and believes she won the lottery, so quits her job and dumps her boyfriend only to realise it was an elaborate prank by her work colleague Alex, what does she do now?
I really enjoyed Regan & Alex’s immature escapades and following her journey into the unknown!
A really enjoyable read.
I liked the concept of the book, although I’m not so sure I would be so amenable if it was me the prank had happened to! A nice easy read, and looking forward to the next instalment.
What an intriguing read! I raced through part one at breakneck speed and cannot wait to get my hands on the next part. What happens to Reagan makes painful reading, but the appearance of Charlie and the Mantra group give an glimpse of how she might begin to change things. I'm very much looking forward to the next part.
Regan’s life is far from perfect, but it’ll do, until a prank causes her to lose everything. Now she must decide how she will survive and thrive. Enter Charlie, a handsome stranger who was there for her on her worst day, and may just be the motivation she needs to get her life back on track. Is that ever the answer or the full story? Ha! This book, which is more of a novella, has the feel of Bridget Jones’ Diary. Silly girl that lacks motivation, meets handsome boy who wants to rescue her. This will not be at the top of The NY Times best seller list, but it’s a nice distraction.
First installment of a new series. Really struggling with my concentration and reading at the moment which us infuriating when I know have all the time in the world it appears. It was a light quick read and just what I needed I think. Looking forward to the rest of the series. Will be back with a full review shortly to tie in with the blog tour.
This is the first installment in a brand new series from this author. It was a strong opener to the series and introduced u to the main character Regan - a girl with a big heart whose life appears to have touched the self destruct button. I don't want to spoil the story for anyone but it's a great light read and luckily for me part 2 In Too Deep is already out and will be my next read.
Please note that this book is not for me - I have read the book, However I had to DNF and because i do not like to give negative reviews I will not review this book fully - there is no specific reason for not liking this book. I found it a struggle to read and did not enjoy trying to force myself to read this book.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for the opportunity to read this book
I really enjoyed this book all the way through. It had a really good plot, great main characters and really keeps you hooked on the plot. I would highly recommend this book.
This is the first book in the series and it ends with a pretty big cliff hanger so I’m not going to spoil anything for those that haven’t read it yet. This book definitely has some well placed humor along with a quick pace that keeps you interested! Looking forward to part 2!
I throughly enjoyed this book . Bring in more installment I loved the setting and the characters....more please.
Such cute Valentine's stories. I really liked Red Riding Hood's story.
Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for my ARC. All opinions are my own.
Eek! As much as I'm not one for pranks, I couldn't help but feel sorry for Regan after she was pranked about winning the lottery. Although this book didn't grab me, I certainly enjoyed it and would be happy to read the next instalment. Let's hope Regan has a bit more luck in the future!
Love love loved it. I adored the cover. The characters were fabulous and the storyline had me hooked. It was such a heartwarming book
Another sweet novel by Bella Osborne. I cannot wait to read part two!
Thank you NetGalley for this ARC.
I really enjoyed this book, I have been a fan of Bella Osbournes books for a while and once I got started on this book I couldn't put it down until I finished it.
When a colleagues practical joke backfires spectacularly Regan loses everything, home, job, boyfriend, hope..
in the fallout Regan is stopped from doing something she regrets by an off duty policeman, who takes her for coffee to calm her down. He finds her lottery wish list and challenges her that she can achieve her list without the lottery win..
He invites Regan to a Mindfullness meeting and Regan starts to see maybe things may not be as bad as they seem.
A really good book that stays on message. Need to start book 2.
I received a free copy of this book from Netgalley in return for an honest review
A romance full of too much drinking with the usual consequences and hung over workdays. Your cast of characters are varied and supportive. I found the drama at the end of the story a perfect set up for the sequel. The girl finally gets the guy after so much drama only to maybe lose him in the end through no fault of their own! Happy reading
Outrageously funny and sad. What do you do when you think you won the lottery. First tell off your boss and quit your job. That is what most would do. We go on watching Our main character Regan, start to put her new life together. Then .... have to read this extremely cute story. Glad to read another Bella Osborne book. Definitely worth picking up.
