This is a cute Sesame Street book. Cute pictures and a cute idea.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist I absolutely loved this book! Our sweet Sesame Street characters introduce kids to healthy eating with bright, colorful photographs! I loved that recipes were included (one that the child can easily prepare on their own, the others that require assistance from an adult).

This was a fabulous kids cooking book with a few recipes and lots of talk about where food comes from and what kinds you should eat when. Kids will love all their Sesame Street favorite characters and the verbiage is classic muppet voices!
