I absolutely love best-friends to lovers trope in books. It probably has a lot to do with a fact that I married one of my best friends in the world.

Audrey and Clark were each other’s safe haven when the vultures came swirling around. I found their transition to lovers to be unenviable. Your simply can not go through life without falling for your closest friend. I even like the drama throughout the book. And let’s talk about the epic speech Clark delivers after she was on the verge of walking out from their life together. Swoon with a capital »S« .

I love a good fake dating romance. It’s one of my favorite tropes to read. So when I heard about this book, I couldn’t wait to read it. But this one sadly turned out to be a little disappointing for me that I wasn’t able to finish it and gave up at 30 percent. I was really hoping that I would enjoy this book. Unfortunately this book wasn’t for me.

This seems like a really fun romance for anyone who wants like a friends to lovers and a fake dating scheme.
Fake dating is literally my favorite!

I knew I was going to love this one when I started it, even if I missed the first two in the series. Total clique...woman is involved with a man who is adamant he and his wife are separated and getting divorced and then he dies and the only one who didn't know he was lying was her and she was not the only woman he was cheating with. Now a couple years later, Audrey has not only survived that but weather another scandal with another man. Where does she find these tools. Now she is being bullied online by a troll and her best friend Clarke comes to her rescue with a wedding proposal. Wait that is more to save his keister from his mother and her schemes to get him back with his ex-girlfriend. Audrey and Clarke have been best friends since they were kids and have been in each others plus one for more events than anyone else. With a Tiffany's ring on her finger and some convincing PDA will they be able to sell this. What happens when it becomes real to more than just for social media? I really enjoyed this one and wonder what took me so long to pull this one up and read it. Now to go back and get the first two in the series!

A laugh out loud comedy about whether women and men can really be friends. Audrey and Clarke are pretending to be engaged to fool Clarke's mother. But when the friends have to act like a real couple, sparks seem to start flying and feelings start to occur. I loved this one. Laughed many times and loved seeing the relationship between Clarke and Audrey develop into something different. An extremely fun and light hearted read. Loved this one. Highly recommend.

Loved this book!! The story was so well done that you get lost in the pages. I didn’t want to stop reading till I got to the end. Amazing story!

This series has been such a blast! From the unlikely but deeply rewarding sisterhood, to the sweet and sexy romances that each of these women wound up with - it's just been so much fun to read. And Marriage on Madison Avenue, the finally installment in the Central Park Pact series was no exception.

A fun friends to lovers meets fake dating/fake engagement story with lots of heart!

I devoured this book today and it was just such a fun read. Lauren Layne writes with so much humor and heart. Loved the underlying theme of friendship here and bonus fun points for Audrey being an IG influencer. Not sure why I started with the last book in the series but now I can’t wait to read Naomi and Claire’s stories. This series gives off all the juicy drama filled, sexy romance, strong female friendship, Sex in the City vibes and I’m here for it!

I was really looking forward to reading Audrey and Clarke's story and it did not disappoint! It was a great end to the series. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking forward to a good light romance.

Lauren Layne is the Queen of Rom-Com! Marriage on Madison Avenue is the perfect friends-fake fiances-lovers-HEA book. It's sweet and sultry in all of the best ways. Audrey and Clarke are one of my absolute favorite LL couples. No one does it like Lauren Layne.

I was excited to get to this last installment and see the friends finally admit to themselves that they were more than friends and it was completely disappointing. Sure, Audrey and Clark are their usual selves but I think the fake marriage trope didn't work for me and I wanted more than the fade to black sex scenes we got. It was nice to see all three women get their happy ending, especially after such a horrendous start but I think Audrey and Clark deserved better.

I’m a sucker for a good fake dating romance, and this one was no exception! I loved the premise, and her twist on their fake engagement as an “undercover bride”. There was enough reason to keep up the act that I bought it, and why not pretend to be engaged to your best friend when there’s lots of perks?!

The chemistry between the leads was perfect, I saw it in the first book and was looking forward to this one ever since!

I also enjoyed the friendships in this one, and how far they’ve come since that first day meeting each other.

This was a cute, friends-to-lovers, fake relationship romance!

This was a decent read. The plot was pretty straight-forward and standard. The characters were ok.

I absolutely love this series and can't wait for the next book!

Natalie and Clarke have been best friends since forever. They've been engaged twice before. It's no wonder that family and friends aren't taking the engagement seriously this time.

Will Natalie and Clarke make it to the altar this time? You'll have to read Marriage on Madison Avenue to find out!

I would highly recommend this title to any romance fan!

In the interest of full disclosure, I received a free digital copy of this title to review from Net Galley.

I could rave about this entire series for days! This was the perfect ending for a great trilogy. I love how each book focused on a different character and Audrey's story might have been my favorite! The chemistry between Audrey and Tate was very much present and I appreciated that the steam was kept to a minimum! I also adored the friendship that Audrey, Claire, and Naomi shared. If you are looking for a feel good, romantic, quick read then I highly suggest picking up Marriage on Madison Ave!

The third book in the Central Park series, and I enjoyed this one just as much as I did the other two. It's funny, charming, quirky, and entertaining to read. And it leads to the question of whether or not women and men can just be friends. An easy read that has you hooked to the very end. I do suggest you read them in order because characters from the other books are in this one and you get a better sense of the character development.

Special thanks to Gallery for providing our copy in exchange for an honest & fair review.

I really loved this book! What a fantastic end to the Central Park Pact series. Even though this one is light on the open door romance (basically zilch) it's a super cute book in a series that focuses heavily on female friendships.

I did the audio version fo this one and it is really enjoyable.

I enjoyed the first two books in this series, but for some reason I could not get into this one! Since it was my most anticipated of the series I was really sad it didn't work for me. For now its a DNF at 22%, I might try again in the future but I think I may try some of her steamier backlist before diving back into her closed door series.

I am a huge Lauren Layne fan. I have read all her books. This series though.
I could barely finish this one. And I decided not to continue with this series.
