Give a F@ck is a fantastic self help book that gets right to the point and gets rid of all the crap. Well written and great advice.

Love, love, love!! I needed this! It gets right to the point. Self help is so important and I struggle with it sometimes but this helped me realize how important it is!

This book cuts out all of the bullshit and gets right to the point of assisting the reader in their journey of self-discovery. This isn't a fluff piece of self-help, it is honest and filled with great advice.
