This was just delightful. I can not thank net galley enough for the arc. I failed to download it in time and missed my window to read it. I finally did now that it is out and wow, this is amazing. If you are a fan of the caped crusader and you have little ones, this book is a must. Put it in the shelves of every preschool in the world. The art is beautiful. It is just perfect.

Batman is enormously popular at my library, so I'm extremely thankful that DC is finally publishing more kid appropriate Batman comics! While I'm not sure how the art is going to go over with my younger patrons (I think it's gorgeous), I think they'll get a kick out of how the creators throw the Bat-family into fairy tales. Kudos to DC for putting out a fairy tale collection in time for next summer reading (when the CSLP theme is fairy tales). Did they do it on purpose? I'm going to assume no, but it sure will work in their (and librarians') favor!
