Great collection that has a good nutritional breakdown, as well as substitution tips for those with a more lenient diet. There are also flavor boost ideas with some recipes and other ideas for how to make it your own. There are labels on each recipe for “Dairy-Free”, “Gluten-Free”, “Vegetarian” and/or “Vegan”.
My husband is transitioning a pescatarian lifestyle and this book was a lifesaver! Easy recipes with recognizable ingredients.
Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for my ARC. All opinions are my own.
I love this book. I like fish and seafood, but struggle with ideas on what to make. This book has given me a lot of ideas and some very tasty recipes. I would recommend this for someone trying to eat healthier and people trying to incorporate more seafood into their diet. The health benefits are great and this is one way to achieve it!
This book was full of delicious and healthy recipes that are easy to make and easy on the wallet, as they only require 5 ingredients! Each one that I made so far has been delicious!

**OMG! I cannot believe that these reviews haven't been done! I am so sorry they are so late!!!**
This cookbook is the first that I have seen on this subject. Although the recipes look good, I was annoyed that many recipes were not 5-ingredients. The majority of the recipes would use onions or garlic as one the five ingredients and other times they wouldn't count. It's misleading. The other components not counted part of the five would be spices and oil, which is perfectly fine because it was consistent across the board.
Outside of spices/oil this cookbook is only 5 ingredients. They are simple, whole ingredients available at almost any grocery store. There are many different recipes to suit any taste preferences. I can’t give it a full 5 stars because in my opinion the best cookbooks have photographs for every recipes and this only had a few. However, I do have several recipes I would like to try and add to my meal planning!
