This book contains useful advice for anyone who is starting a small business, specifically on the topic of how to fund it. it could also be useful for students who are in an entrepreneurship class. Money to get a startup going is a critical need!
This book is a comprehensive guide on startup investment journey and different investment rounds focusing on each round's peculiarities. I liked the part of communication and negotiation with investors.
So, you've got this idea and then you actualize it into a venture and the next question becomes, where will the money to keep it alive come from? Read this book if that's where you are.
I also believe that if you are like me, curious to know what to do if ever you have a startup, this is an interesting take. The author draws from his experience and reading this felt like it was based more for the Western or American startup- nonetheless, there were some insights that I could personalize.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
