Naked in the Zendo is a interesting and sometimes humorous book. The book is well written and makes a few decent points.

I thoroughly enjoyed the way the author shared her story. Not only did she elaborate on her own personal journey, but she included information about Buddhism. Grace has a wonderful sense of humor that is very apparent in this book that made it feel richer to me. Much of the information out there about spirituality is dry and so full of practical information that it is often a bit boring and difficult to wade through.

This is just as described -- personal stories with some lessons learned along the way. I enjoyed it. These are not shocking or particularly memorable anecdotes, but they serve they're purpose, and the author is a thoughtful and good writer. Recommended.

I really appreciate the NetGalley advanced copy for review!!
