Beer Brewing 101 is a comprehensive book for any brew master. Although it’s written with the beginner in mind, I think even people who have had brewing experience will find it useful.

The book is filled with instructions, equipment and ingredient suggestions, terminology, and explanations about hop varieties, and yeast strains. But, the real star of the book are the recipes. There is a huge variety to choose from and each recipe has a description of what it will taste and look like. The hardest part about this book is trying to decide what recipe to use.

Beer Brewing 101 is a great resource for both the novice beer maker as well as the more experienced. I recommend it.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for providing a copy of this book for review.
