Wow, what a great start to a new series!! The Third to Die is a fast paced, well written mystery that begins with Detective Kara Quinn on vacation / leave from LAPD when she finds a body while jogging and ends up helping a newly formed FBI Mobile Response Team headed by Mathias Costa. This was the first title that I've read by Allison Brennan and I'm glad to see that there are so many other series that she's written!! Thank you NetGalley.
YES YES YES!!! The start of another great series by Allison Brennan. One of my fave authors did it again! Looking forward to reading the next one.
Thank you #netgalley and #HARLEQUIN - MIRA (U.S. and Canada) for the eARC.
Another hit by this author! Well developed characters and a suspenseful storyline that will keep me up late tonight.
I recommend this book highly.
This story hooked me from the start. I really enjoyed the story line and the characters. But note to author: I really liked Andy
Tense chilling a race to stop a killer before he kills again. The author writes so well a multi layered twisty. turning plot, picked this up to read a few pages drawn right in to the chase for the killer could not put down.#netgalley # Harlequin Books
Thankyou to NetGalley, Harlequin-Mira and the author, Allison Brennan, for the opportunity to read an advanced readers copy of The Third To Die in exchange for an honest and unbiased opinion.
I thought this book offered a really good read. I was hooked from the start.
The race is on to stop a killer before they strike again. What is the significance of the dates that have been chosen?
I was intrigued by the premise of the storyline and was not disappointed with book. The plot was well thought out and written with intriguing characters . I was certainly racing to turn the pages to find out whodunit.
Well worth a read for fans of the genre
Allison Brennan has written another page-turner! I have yet to read one of her books I did not like! The book is a race against the clock to catch a killer before there is another victim. The FBI is called in because the murderer has previously killed on March 3, 6 and 9 every three years. Working together with local police departments, they piece together a profile of the killer. He is very elusive and has no problem injuring and killing to get away. I couldn’t read it fast enough. Don’t miss this book!
