I was not sure what to think when I started this book, but I was quickly drawn in, and found that I didn't want to put it down! I finished it in one day! Grab this for the history lover in your life now.

This reprint can be of assistance to students studying the Revolutionary War. Most books about the entire Revolutionary War will not go as in-depth about its beginnings as this book, so use this book to dive deeper into the start of the war.

I was hoping that this would add to the historiography concerning the battles of Concord and Lexington at the outset of the Revolutionary War. It was instead a reprint of an early twentieth century monograph of the events surrounding the battles. Nothing new here.
