The Vail Method is a unique and interesting book. It has some good advice. I am not sure if I would follow all of these ideas.

I absolutely loved the overall tone and feel of this book. It is so positive, supportive and inspiring. The author makes you feel like you truly matter and that they really care. It was lovely.

Are you a weekend warrior?
I am a weekday warrior converted to never weak warrior as I have now rolled the workouts to weekends too.
New ultrasound scanner tests glycogen and tells you how many carbs to eat and when.
You learna lot about how to add measurement to your fitness and well being game along with the benefits of following a plant based diet.
