In December Wine, the long-awaited story of Nora Sutherlin's first meeting with Nico can finally be told. Nora enlists her editor (and sometimes lover) Zach Easton on a mission to track down Kingsley's long-lost son. Nicolas "Nico" Delacroix turns out to be young, strikingly handsome, and very French. He wants nothing to do with his father...but everything to do with Nora.

Our favorite original Sinners in a holiday themed shorts stories! What's not to love! Dive into all original Sinners books immediately!

It was trying too hard to be winter-y christmas-y wich often for me just do not give the christmas magic of it. It was okay, but not for me.

There is so much happening in this collection of stories or Novelas that it is difficult to tease them apart. With that being said there’s plenty in here for any sort of reader. The stories in here cover such a wide area of topics and themes, its an easy read. And it has some holiday flair for someone looking for a holiday story. The characters in the stories are so well constructed and the way they interact with each other and the other plots is really fun to read; everything here seems very interconnected.

I got this one as a read now on NetGalley a long time ago. I just go around to finishing it now though.

I will be honest, I had no idea who any of these people were but the writing was great, but I will not be going back to see what else happened to these people.

A fun romp in the Original Sinners world - an interesting exploration of the relationship dynamics therein and a look at how the holidays are spent now that they are older.

This didn't live up to other Tiffany Reisz books that I've read, it was too disconnected for me and didn't seem to be what I was expecting from her..

love Tiffany’s writing and I love the characters oh so much. I will read just about anything by her and have so far.

I wish it were longer.

I like Nora! I love how these stories have a little bit of mystery, a quest of sorts, and some lovin’. There is more sex talk than actual sex, which is perfect for me.

I hate that I’m so late reading Winter Tales but as it’s coming off now, they fit the bill.

They are back and wonderful as usual! She gives all our favorites and they are magical as ever!

These wonderful short stories are that feel good or feel hot and heavy and you just get lost in them! And who doesn't like wintery, spicy tales! Her dynamic characters, their interwoven relationships, the intensity of the love they share, the darkness in their souls, the unraveling of secrets, the witty dialogue, and above all - the extreme kinkiness

I always love reading the "Tales" of Soren, Nora and Kingsley! And we meet some new characters as well, which always adds a steamy element! You know it is going to be an adventure!.

Fans of the Original Sinners series may have already read some of the content - "Poinsettia", "The Christmas Truce", and "The Scent of Winter". If you haven't read all of these then you are certainly in for a treat. However even if you have, the book opens with the new tale "December Wine", which details Nora's trip to France to find Nico, and is a fantastic read - worth it alone. The compilation ends with a bit of a bonus too!

One thing that really strikes me about Reisz' writing style is how she always ends chapters perfectly. Often using a single sentence paragraph. I always seem to find myself either smiling or excited to turn the page and read "just one more" chapter.

My only concern? I am hoping that the release of "Winter Tales" doesn't mean that we won't score another Original Sinners Christmas tale.

This ebook was provided via Netgalley prior to its release date in return for an honest and unbiased review.

Sweet, seductive, sexy and smart. That's my four words to sum up this amazing novella by Tiffany Reisz.

If you're familiar with her writing and of course the addictive Original Sinners series then you know exactly what you're in for.

If not, here's a little summary on just what you find in this small yet daring novella.

Reisz is the queen of writing complex relationship and BDSM in my eyes. Her books never shy away from anything and are straight to the core with emotions.

This novella follows a few short Christmas time based stories with recurring characters from the other books in this series.

Nora is on her way to find Nico, her friend's newly discovered son. Kingsley has no idea about him and so Nora has taken it as her duty to find him but not alone of course. She's taken her long time friend Zach with her.

It's an enticing read and I had so much fun being with Zach and Nora again, while also seeing the first time she meets Nico. I was on the edge of my seat with every page turn because I had no idea how things would turn out.

Thank you Net Gallery for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Tiffany writes the best erotica, but it always has a deeper meaning. One that usually hits to the core of the human condition and what it is to love, suffer, feel joy. I very much enjoyed these short stories with her most well known characters.

5 stars

Um, hi, hello, why on earth did I wait so long to come back to The Original Sinners?!? This was SO GOOD and I missed Nora, Soren and King so dang much. Super steamy, awesome details!!!

I love Tiffany Reisz and the whole Original Sinners gang, they really are just the best! I've missed these characters and I have to say this novella hit me right in the feels! More emotional than I originally expected, but I absolutely loved it!

Every time I pick up a book in this series, I am completely immersed in this world and these characters. Nora, Soren, Kingsley and Zach (yay!) and more are back and it just makes my kinky heart so happy!

Winter Tales is a collection of Original Sinners stories all set in--you'll never guess--winter! ;) All the stories were new to me, though I believe only the first (and longest! December Wine) and last (and shortest, Blood & Snow) are actually new. Still, I can't imagine any fan of the series skipping a single Original Sinners story, whether they've read them already or not--Ms Reisz's writing and her characters are just that amazing. Though there is a bit of jumping around the series timewise with these stories--the third one happens first chronologically, and the fourth, I think, last--there are several threads (beyond the obvious, the characters and time of year) that connect them and make them work really well together as a collection.

This collection really isn't the place to start if you're new to Ms Reisz's series, though it definitely will give you the flavor of her writing--and OMG, it is beyond delicious. I can't honestly fathom taking part in BDSM or having an open relationship, and my Catholicism is a thing of the distant past, but goodness, seeing it all through these characters' eyes? I care far more about those topics than I ever thought I could. These stories give us little snippets of the lives of the characters between the other novels and novellas--no, you don't have to read them to understand the rest of the books, but if you're already a fan, do yourself a favor and read this!

Consider it an early holiday present to yourself :)

I received with thanks an ARC copy of Winter Tales from 8th Circle Press and Netgalley.

This is my review of Winter Tales by Tiffany Reisz. This was published on 19th November 2019.

Wow this was enjoyable R rated fun. I have read other books by the author and have enjoyed everyone that I have read so far. But this anthology is by far the best and most enjoyable. As always the authors writing style is fun, witty and engaging. Enjoyable, naughty or nice festive fun.

Would recommend if you love a Erotic Romance

How does a queen of writing kinky sadistic BDSM do sweet with warm fuzzies? I am not sure how she does it, but Ms. Reisz delivers it all in this collection of Nora's memories. Each of the novellas revolve around a "winter" theme. I loved learning about Nora's time with Nico. Nico is so different than Søren. He meets the needs of her so well. Their trip together brings out the loving sweet side of Nora. They experience a few ups and downs and enjoy their time together. The intimacy is moving.

When it comes to erotic romance, Ms. Reisz is one of the most polished writers. Her characters are riveting. Her writing voice is beautifully concise with an elegant flow. Her sex scenes will probably never be vanilla, but she easily dances between the lighter to the very dark sex scenes. This collection is one of the lighter ones. What I can confirm is that her sex scenes are always well written and so sexy hot for me. She is one of the few authors whom I will read the entire sex scene instead of skimming through it.

For romance readers who want to enjoy a bit of warmth, sexy shenanigans, this anthology is highly recommended.
