I liked the premise of this book but it fell flat for me. The author's tone was very young and immature, and while her story of facing 100 fears was admirable, i felt like it was very shallow and surface level. I also was put off by many of her personal stories/references, including the problematic Rachel Hollis and stories about her verbally abusing a flight attendant - just overall left me feeling uneasy. I thought it was a lot of fluff and not a lot of real advice.

The perfect self help book to read while you're stuck at home. If you liked Girl, Wash Your Face, you'll LOVE this book. One of the best self help books I've read in awhile.
