It doesn't matter where someone is along the life path, stoicism will help them get there a fuller, happier human, and as far as guide for the beginner, this is the one to get. Read this one and reap.

This is quite well done. It includes some history and context along with some simple techniques, approaches and ideas that may be helpful. I don't agree with everything presented, but there's still a lot of value here, particularly if you know nothing about stoicism. The info is clear and well presented, and contains a least a little, if not a lot, that will benefit readers. Recommended.
