Somehow this is even qeaker in terms of plot than The Queen of Raider. Kozloff tries to expand too much too quickly; majority of the new plotlines are dull, repetitive, or don’t seem to fit with the direction of Cerulia’s main arc. Moves slowly, farming out POVs slows pace. Meh.
