This book reads like the PhD. thesis of a student, lot of theory thrown in, and the premise - basically 3 lines / ways in which banks / companies 'sabotage' / hinder good / honest business / financial practices - is given in a long-winded manner where examples are / case studies are few and far in between. Unimpressive.

Still, thanks to the publisher for the ARC.
