I'll admit it... I went steaight to the desserts. I mean there are apple pie egg rolls. I loved this cookbook. This is actually my first kosher cookbook.... (I usually look up recipies online or make my own) so I was excited. I love how each recipie says parve, milk, or dairy this was very helpful! I also loved that there were recipies for each holiday! I just simply loved it and the pictures were gorgeous I just wish there was more (pictures and recipies both). I highly recommend this. There are even 5 ingredient recipies!
I would like to thank Netgalley and the publisher for providing me with a copy free of charge. This is my honest and unbiased opinion of it.
This book was filled with recipes that were easy to make and tasted delicious! I made a few of the dishes and they were a big hit with our friends that came over for dinner.
This is an excellent cookbook for both the Kosher and non-Kosher cook. Everything is laid out in a clear, concise way, including the ingredients, the steps in the recipe and the time that it will take to prepare the food. Categories include No-Cook with Strawberry Feta Salad and Strawberry Basis recipes for example; 30 Minutes including Pumpkin Pie Pancakes and Barbecue Pastrami-Wrapped Asparagus as well as Perfectly Creamy Mac and Cheese, among others. There are also chapters on 5 Ingredient Meals such as Sausage Stuffed Sweet Potatoes and Lazy Meatballs, among with others and then sections on One Pot Meals and Slow Cooker & Pressure Cooker meals, again with each chapter including many recipes. Further, there are chapters on Bakery items, Staples, Holiday Menus and more. There are over 100 recipes in all. Beginning cooks will feel success with the recipes and experienced cooks will also enjoy their ease. The book is nicely illustrated throughout. I feel inspired to get in the kitchen!
Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this title in exchange for an honest review.

Are you looking for easy, fast, Kosher meals - look no further this is your answer! Nina has recipes for breakfast meals such as pumpkin pie pancakes and Matzo pancakes (Passover) that use pumpkin puree, eggs and pumpkin spice and at Passover time - matzo sheets, eggs and cinnamon.
The recipes are labeled “grain free, nut free, and pareve”, so that you know what the ingredients are for holidays and for those who suffer from allergic reactions.
The fish tacos only take 30 minutes to cook, and the egg sausage muffins only take 25 minutes, along with a fine assortment of “insta pot and crock pot” meals that are fast and delicious.
Enjoy the oven-roasted tomato soup with tiny grilled cheese sandwich pieces on the top!
The oven fried chicken uses mayonnaise, cornflakes, chicken and BBQ sauce to create fast food in 90 minutes - enjoy!
