This was a very well written cookbook. I found the layout to flow well and the recipes were easy to understand and follow along to. I look forward to trying some of them out for my family.

This book has a lot of great information. She tells you all about the alkaline diet and how it can help things. She explains it clearly in a way that's easy to understand. It has recipes to help you get started with this way of eating! It is definitely thing I will incorporate into my daily life!

This cookbook s highly informative. I don’t necessarily follow a completely alkaline diet plan but many of these recipes are easy delicious ad can be added into my personal taste and preferences easily. I find the science behind the alkaline diet to be pretty fascinating and although I am not personally sure one can actually alter your bodies alkalinity levels thru food I like the recipes and many of them will get used regularly. I most especially like the smoothie section ad I am very glad I gave this book a chance. I received this book from NetGalley for an honest review.

Wanting to go an alkaline diet to improve my health, I found this book with step-by-step recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner. I learned many life changing tips, since I have heard so many good health benefits when following an alkaline diet.

I was very curious about this book because I have studied the readings of Edgar Cayce for years, and he was a huge supporter of this, often saying that to avoid things like colds, keep the body alkaline.

The beginning of this book is filled with useful information and a brief summary of the author's experiences with this way of life. There are lists of foods to eat and those to avoid as well as charts making it easy to begin. The book contains recipes for smoothies, breakfast, salads, snacks, main meals, soups and stews, and desserts,

Overall, this is a nice addition for the health conscious cook.

This book is informative on not only recipes but what the alkaline diet is, and it’s benefits..

I felt like after I read the book I was much more aware on what this diet entails. It was easy to follow and to under stand how to incorporate it into your lifestyle.

If you're read any acid/alkaline books, then you probably know most of this information already. The handy color-coded chart included is a nice touch, and there are good recipes. She lost me at week-long liquid diet, however...as I have teeth and intend to use them. :)
