Paul had done a masterful job here exploring the topic of exile. Unfortunately, the number of books on exile will increase exponentially because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Exiles On Mission makes a unique contribution because of Williams' diverse background and the care with which he approaches this topic. This book deserves a wide reading from scholars and practitioners alike. If the witness of Christ is to survive in this world, Christians, many of whom are causing more problems than they are solving, need to read this book and quickly adopt the principles and approach contained herein.

Paul Williams, the CEO of one of the world's largest and oldest Bible societies, interprets the dissonance Christians often experience while trying to live out their faith in the 21st century.

I was disappointed with this book. I just 3expected more. It is quite a dry read, unfortunately.
