This book reminds us that while it might be fun to read these stories, it couldn't have been very fun to live in the actual time (which is why I can not stand time travel stories that strand women in the past, where are the stories that bring a lady from that time and strand her in the present and watch her blossom with all the freedoms and opportunity she could have).
I really loved this short story it’s quick and fun to read with a lovely Christmas undertone
The idea is far fetched but romantic and all the characters likeable if shirt snappy Christmas tale is what you are looking for this is it
Do t take it too seriously and you will love it
Had been looking forward to reading this one. Sadly it wasn’t as good as I expected. Nice festive read but I felt the main character was underdeveloped. Saying that it was easy to read and flowed well.
I really enjoyed this quick, Christmas, time travel romance. My rating 4.25.
Madison Knight is facing a rather bleak holiday: no money, no fiancé since she discovered his betrayal, and a job on the edge. She can’t have any mishaps at her work, Once Again Antiques, or her boss will terminate her.
She gets a call from a man with a sexy voice claiming that his grandmother’s antique painting was sold to the company by mistake. Zach Murdock offers to pay double for the return of the painting. At first, the piece shows up in inventory and Madison agrees to sell it back for the standard restocking fee. Then she learns the artwork was actually sold and she sets out to locate the piece. In the process of trying to recover the painting, Madison gets stranded in a blizzard.
Suddenly Madison finds herself in unfamiliar territory. She slowly suspects she is out of place even as she befriends a young boy despite the skepticism of his parents.
Meanwhile, Zach has set out to meet up with Madison but fears that he will be too late. Will Madison be able to get back to her SUV and her proper place? If Zach can help rescue her how will she react to what he reveals?
I enjoyed the lively characters of Madison, Zach, and even Zach’s grandmother. The writing is direct and the plot is engaging. The story is complete although short. It gave me a good taste of Ms. Deters's writing and I would like to read a longer story by her. Christmas is a nice time setting although not a crucial element. I recommend this story to readers who enjoy time travel and sweet romance.

This was a fun short story. I enjoyed it. The time traveling got a bit confusing. Too short to get to really know the characteters in depth. It was a quick and cute Christmas read.
This short story is truly enjoyable, you'll even need to be warm when reading ! The descriptions are so vivid, you can almost "feel" there in winter, walking in the snow ! Don't expect too much though about the time travel, it is not explained as in a scifi book. This is more about fantasy and a nice story going straight to the point, One hour is enough to read about the whole adventure.
I received a copy in exchange for a fair review. All opinions are mine.
Christmas Once Again is an inspiring time travel short. The story was very enjoyable to read!
Madison, working for an antique company, goes out of her way to get back an old painting that was mistakingly sold.
I liked the whole premise and the time travel aspect was intriguing! It was a fun read!
Cute time-travel romance
Short and sweet. If your looking for a quick read this is definitely for you. Only have an hour or so this short romance will be perfect.
Is written well the story although short runs smoothly and easily. I love the way she has imputed the time-travel everything comes together in a sweet hopeful end.

Christmas Once Again draws you in quickly to Madison’s plight of being ‘dead broke’ at Christmas and not through anything she did to cause it. She has such a kind and giving heart that she actually causes herself problems when she tries to help a customer, Zach Murdock recover a painting sold by accident. The painting belonged to his grandmother who had not intended to sell it.
This is a time travel romance connected to the painting. Madison and Zach are both in for a surprise as their relationship develops as quickly as possible for the brevity of the novella. The Christmas and snowstorm settings help to make this more enjoyable. For such a short novella, the plot, time travel aspect and romance moved quickly. Could Ms. Deters have extended the novella and added to the story? Sure, but as short as it is, it is just right.
I thoroughly enjoyed to little story. It’s magical from beginning to end. It was a perfect time for me to read it, because it put me in the Christmas spirit.
This is a very short book, only 45 pages in all. Since it’s such a good and quick read, I highly recommend it to all.
