Llewellyn's Complete Book of Reiki is further evidence that Melissa Tipton knows her stuff. Comprehensive and informative, this book is a must have for library shelves!
Of all books on Reiki I have read so far this has been the most thorough guide.
In the first chapters we receive detailed information about energy fields, channels, bodies and chakras.
I especially like that the book includes a lot of meditations, visualizations and exercises along with Reiki healing positions and techniques.
It was interesting to read about the different types of Reiki and symbols.
The book was informative, easy to read and understand.
As a practitioner I really enjoyed reading this book because it helped me deepen my knowledge and it offered some new techniques to try.
I am sure that it will be useful for practitioners of all levels, including people who are new to Reiki and energy healing and want to learn more about it.
Thank you for the opportunity to read and review this book!
A really interesting start for those who find an interest in Reiki. A good jump off point to a few different topics in this area.
I've always been interested in Reiki, but really didn't know much about it outside of "that looks cool!" This book provided a wealth of information into Reiki, what it is, where it came from, how to use it. I love all of Llewellyn's Complete Book series- they always provide a vast amount of insight.
A wonderfully comprehensive book with lots of useful exercises, with well explained concepts. I think it would be great for beginners as well as those with existing knowledge and experience with reiki. Highly recommended.
I received a free digital copy via NetGalley, but the opinions expressed are my own.
This is an extensive book on Reiki filled with background, historical, theoretical and also practical information. It would have something to offer all levels of student and practitioner. It has been thoroughly researched and carefully structured. It is easy to read and also to locate specific information. The only improvement would be to include lots of illustrations and pictures.
Llewellyn's Complete Book of Reiki encompasses the basic teachings, as well as the history of Reiki itself. It also goes into detail about the different types of energy and how Reiki relates to all. It would be a great book for beginner practitioners or those curious. Also a good refresher for those who already know what Reiki entails or practice it.
