This author really lays out the information really well. I enjoyed reading the book, tried to do some of it too. It is not as insane as you think it might be. Just give it a read with an open mind. But most of all, I try to stay more positive now!
This wasn't quite as good as I expected, but still provided helpful suggestions. The author seems to have lots of experience and success with her techniques, and doesn't suggest that any or all will work for everyone. One important key seems to be to believe that the techniques will work (although sometimes that isn't even necessary). These techniques can't hurt.
Thanks very for the review copy!!
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for my digital copy in exchange for an honest opinion. Opinions and thoughts expressed are completely my own.
I absolutely loved this book. It is basically a book on how to heal yourself using your imagination, energy and intent. He talks about what his Grandmother taught him when he was growing up...things like how we can change our thoughts and by using nothing but our brains and our energy, we can heal ourselves and others of some very basic issues... This book was FULL of information that many people will not give credence to but people like ME will love it. I believe very strongly in how powerful the brain is and what it can do. Meditation, creative visualization, our intentions...ALL of it can make for an easy and enjoyable way to recreate our lives, in a way. I have to say that I have given a few of these a go and they are working for me as of right now. Enough for me to strongly believe I can do more.
This one just didn’t resonate with me. I didn’t really feel like this book explained the shamanistic theories or practices with clarity.

Reading this book taught me a lot about stress and the effects it has for our body. The knowledge displayed throughout the book by Dr. Serge Kahili King is easily insightful that I can believe at least one person from our library community will benefit from. Our senses are our most powerful tools and it is up to us to use them and interpret them properly. There is a lot of useful information in the book which means it will do very well in our self help-healing collection at our library and I know a lot of people will be interested in this topic and will have the desire to learn all about instant healing.
We will consider adding this title to our Self-Help/Spirituality collection at our library. That is why we give this book 5 stars.
