For a certain kind of expectant mother--the Whole Foods shopper, the yoga enthusiast, the wellness industry's target audience--this book will be an excellent resource. I don't mean that in a bad way, just that not every pregnant woman will relate to it. Includes nutrition tips, meditation exercises, yoga, and more. Chapters on each trimester give advice on different physical and emotional things to try. Plenty of sunlit photography and soothing color illustrations.
