This book is filled with tons of activities to do alone and together to help couples connect and better understand each other. I dud not realize this book was intended to be done over a 9 month period which is a bit more labor intensive then I had in mind when I requested the book. But it did have useful practical ideas that can ge incorporated daily.
Overall if followed it has some useful tools fir relationship building.
