Courting the Wild Twin is a fascinating look at how we can use fairy tales, two in particular, to get closer to our own wilder nature. By wild Martin Shaw doesn't mean unleashed or uncontrollable, but rather the side of you that looks for something closer to nature, to a calmer side that has your best interest in mind. Although deeply subjective, Shaw's analysis of the fairy tales in this book are interesting and insightful.
