This is a short book of good advice. I really enjoyed it. I recommend this to those need a little bit of uplifting advice. I received this book from NetGalley for an honest review.

What I liked about the book:
- it’s short, crisp and to the point
- some interesting examples and quotes to remember

What Could have been different:
- the are no new ideas or thoughts. Old wine in a new bottle.

This book was a really helpful addition to my current shelf for personal development and coaching. The book is easy to follow, with useful suggestions. I will definitely dip in and out of this book over the years to come.
