A wonderful addition to the Donna Kauffman series. We get to see how Chey and Wyatt resolve their issues for them and the town. We get to visit old friends from previous books. And get a peek into Vivi's past life. The characters were so real and likeable. I loved how the town got together to save their way of life. Not everybody wants to livw in a city type town. They like the low key and small town style of living. I got this book from NetGalley for an honest review

Although part of a series, this story can be read as a standalone. The characters are the same, but the focus is on Cheyenne and Wyatt.

As childhood rodeo stars, they last saw each other when teenagers. Wyatt expressed his feelings for her, and her response was to stay friends. She came to regret her actions, so when she saves his former horse that had been abused, they're reunited. Sparks fly and they face a conflict together along with her new business partners.

Looking forward to Tory's story and recommend reading any book in the series.

I received a free ARC eBook from Net Galley and the publisher in exchange for my honest opinions.

I just adore the Blue Hollow Falls series and was super excited to read Cheyenne McCafferty’s story. Although it is a standalone, it is part of the Blue Hollow Falls series even as the publisher lists it as book one of a new series. Sorta confusing administrative pieces but the story and the book are perfect. I have read and loved all the previous books and waited impatiently for this story.

No spoilers so I will say what I loved about this book. When we were introduced to Cheyenne and Lavender Farm, we as readers didn’t know anything about her or her background. Since this is her story, we meet a very old friend of hers, Tory, and Wyatt Reed – not just another old, dear friend but Cheyenne’s everything.

Chey and Wyatt are the most vulnerable and wonderful characters. They aren’t just a little broken, they are held together with old chewing gum. These two really need each other. I so enjoyed their reconnection, for lack of a better term, because they both needed to work through trauma and all kinds of feelings from their respective pasts. My heart broke for these two but I loved how their relationship played out. Working together, they were able to help each other and their HEA is the best.

There is more to this story, it ties into Chey and Wyatt, but I don’t want to say too much as the author does such a great job of weaving a bit of intrigue and fun and bumps and bruises that you will have to read and enjoy for yourself. Great book, wonderful series, and I wanna move there!

A charming return to Blue Hollow Falls, this is an enchanting rendition of second chance romance. Balanced with humour, feisty women, supportive males, and an underlying thread of passion plus the close knit community and the Fearsome Foursome of Lavender Blue that we've come to love, Under a Firefly Moon is a sweet and sassy story of meant-to-bes, fulfilled dreams, and heartwarming homecomings.

This is a wonderful second chance story that is full of emotion, realistic character and a few twists along the way. This was definately my favorite book for this series! I cant wait to see what Ms. Kauffman comes up with next.

Thank you to Netgalley for allowing me to express my honest opinion of this story

Love being back on the lavender farm. Old friends and new. A rescued horse. Surprises. Many laughs and a few tears. Some obvious pulling of heart strings, but that's okay. I did skip over the intimate parts. I look forward to reading about Tory finding her true love one day.

I really enjoyed this book. I’m loving the Blue Hollow Falls series. This was an enjoyable read for Chey & Vivi. Can’t wait for the next book in the series.

In Donna Kauffman's Lavender Blue story we met former barrel racer Cheyenne McCafferty and one of the owners of the Lavender Blue farm. Chey doesn't have many regrets in her life but letting Wyatt Reed go was her biggest.

When Chey reconnects with Tory Fuller, another former barrel racer the last thing she ever expected was to see Wyatt standing at her farm. It seems that Tory was tired of Chey and Wyatt not talking and decided to do something about it.

As Chey and Wyatt spend more time together, they start to realize that they really missed being with the other and old feelings start to surface again. The only problem these two have in order to find their happy ending is their very different lifestyles. Chey enjoys rescuing horses and rehabbing them at the her stables, while Wyatt runs Planet Reed which takes him on adventures all over the world. It will take a whole lot of help from others for these two to find a solution that will make everyone happy.

I just adored this story and love the second chance trope. It was fun learning about Chey's backstory and it made you realize the reasons for how she behaved. I really loved how Chey and Wyatt were able to just pick right back up where they left off even though so many years had passed. I also really enjoyed the side story of Vivi's past....especially when Chey and Wyatt were following her! ;) Overall I love the new additions to Firefly Lake and can't wait for the next book!

A second chance romance and a group of strong women all in one! Don't worry if you haven't read the earlier books in this lovely series about a group of women who have all experienced loss and their lavender farm- Kauffman gives you their back stories so that you can fully appreciate where they are today. Cheyenne, a former barrel racer, has been rescuing and rehabbing horses, keeping her love of equines alive. She's surprised when Buttercup, a horse once owned by Wyatt, who she loved as a youth in the circuit, turns up at auction and of course takes her in. Then Wyatt turns up - and then things get good. Blue Hollow Falls being a small and picturesque town comes under threat of development and Wyatt bands with Chey and others to keep it safe. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC. A good read for a lazy day.

I can't use enough superlatives to describe Donna Kauffman's latest in her Blue Hollow Falls series. Other than the graphic intimate scenes, 'Under a Firefly Moon' was perfection. I can barely make it through a few pages without tender tears, let alone the overall impact of the book that is so touching. She is a beautiful, descriptive and evocative writer, and there is such hope and goodness in this story. I can't wait for more.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. The opinions expressed in this review are entirely my own.

We are back at Lavender Blue Farm! A place for healing, hope and as many chances as you need to find your way home.

This is number four in the series. The women who own the farm are like family to each other and they have all suffered in their lives. But here they have found safety and their own inner strength and are all following their dreams.

This is Chey's turn. The former barrel racer has worked hard to forget the pain of her past and what she lost. She has found healing at Lavender Blue and is perfectly content. She let her shot at love go willingly and regretted it instantly. She misses her two besties from her life growing up on the rodeo circuit. Wyatt Reed left the rodeo after she put him in the friend zone. Her other BFF, Tory, did as well.

This is the story of what happens when Tory pokes her little nose into the lives of her friends. She finds Wyatt's horse in very bad shape and who does she know that rehabs horses? Yes! Chey. Chey is happy to take Buttercup but when Tory shows up to stay, she brings Wyatt Reed right smack into Chey's life. But not the same Wyatt. A different, calmer and gentler Wyatt.

Will, she let him walk away again? Or will they fall in love under the firefly moon?

What did I like about this one? All of it. This series is a powerful look at what women can do when they support each other. These are stories of hope and a reminder to all of us that we can get back up and change our reality.

Under a Firefly Moon is Book 4 in the Blue Hollow Falls Series.

I LOVE THIS SERIES ! Second Chance Trope is my favorite!

In this book, we get to read about Cheyenne (Chey) and Wyatt's story who are seeing each other for the first time since they were only teenagers.

The characters are so well written and I love how strong, independent and confident the female characters are. They are not waiting around for the male characters to save them.

Blue Hollow Falls is a small town that I am in love with and is written in only the way that this author can, fantastic, descriptive writing in which the reader feels like they are actually there.

This romance is beautiful and heartwarming and I enjoyed every minute.

What a sweet, emotional and sexy second chance romance. Under the Firefly Moon had everything my heart wanted. Wyatt and Cheyenne (Chey) were perfect for each other even though she didn't realize it in the past, but then they were just kids. Now they're reunited 12 years later and trying to figure out how to make a relationship work when he travels for work and she has a lavender farm to run. And in between the sweet and sexy get-to-know-one-another again time they have to work together to save Blue Hollow Falls from a big bad developer who will destroy the quaint little mountain town. It was an exciting and wonderfully emotional ride. Loved every minute of it.

*I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book*

Another book in the Blue Hollow Falls series. Chey normally works with the horses on the lavender farm. When an old friend brings another old friend to the farm, priorities change. There was a lot of backstory discussion than an engaging storyline..

I just love this series, there is such a warm feeling in the Blue Hollow Falls community, and the lavender farm in this book, which sounds like an idyllic place to live.

The lavender farm part of this series is about four women, who met at a grief meeting and each had their own sad story, who became great friends and in the end business partners who invest in the lavender farm together, but all have their own living space on the property.

This book is mainly Cheyenne's story who runs the stables and rescues horses. Chey was a former barrel racer, but after certain events ends up leaving that life and eventually starting over at the lavender farm. She is quite content with her own company and her rescues, but is forced out of that when her old friend Tory gets in touch about a horse that needs rescuing that she knew from her past life. Tory ends up moving to the lavender farm, and brings along a surprise guest in the form of Wyatt, another friend from their past lives, who Chey was very close to during her barrel racing life.

There is unfinished business between Chey and Wyatt, and the story is about how they work through things, with Wyatt helping the Blue Hollow Falls community with business issues about a potential development around their lake. Also surrounding the development story is a really lovely story about Vivi, the eldest of the four owners, who contacts an old love during the course of trying to stop the lake development. So romantic - I really loved this side story!

Every time I read the current Blue Hollow Falls book I change my mind about which is my favourite, and this is now definitely my favourite! Such a really lovely series that I would highly recommend. Long may it continue.

Blue Hollow Falls latest story is about Cheyenne who had a career as a barrel racer before she met three other women and joined forces, took a chance and bought a lavender farm. She left her horse, Buttercup, and one of her competitors found the horse and reunited Chey and Buttercup. She also left her heart behind with Wyatt Reed.

Donna Kauffman crafts their love story with the Blue Hollow Falls community. The book can be read as a stand alone, but do yourself a favor and read the series.

This is my honest review in exchange for an ARC of Under a Firefly Moon.

This is a wonderful return to Blue Hollow Falls with a heart-warming story of second chances and new beginnings. This is a compelling story of making compromises, of choosing happiness, of trust and hope, of friendship and love. Blue Hollow Falls has strong characters, many dealing with adversity, working to make their part of the world a better place for those with whom they interact. I loved it and look forward to my next visit to Blue Hollow Falls!

A wonderful addition to Ms. Kauffmann's Blue Hollow series. We get a two-fer in the romance department and both are sweet and heartwarming.
Chey's backstory comes out with the arrival of her first and only love. His triumph over a terrible past is uplifting.
Vivi's significant other comes as a surprise to the ladies, they had assumed the love of her life was someone else and were blown away by the reality of the man she loved.
The tale with it's back story is an engrossing read, with romance humor and a bit of angst.
I requested and received a NetGalley ARC. I have followed and loved this series from the start and offer my opinion freely.

I will leave a review on Amazon or B&N on Jan 28, 2020

I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and the publisher, and this is my fair and honest review.

Under A Firefly Moon is the 4th book in the Blue Hollow Falls series, I have enjoyed all the books in this series. The heart and soul of this community comes through each and every time I read one of the stories. The community works together along with the ladies from the Lavender Farm to protect their way of life. I love second chance romance and this book certainly fits that bill. I would definitely recommend this book to others.
