Very informative look at vulnerability and service in leadership; worth reading for both a novice and a seasoned leader looking to make changes or a new path

Read this book to help with a leadership class I am taking for work and this one is great. Highly recommend!

I have been reading a number of books lately where the premise of the books sound good and they are very much needed in the marketplace, but the author fails to deliver for numerous reasons. This is one of those books.

What started off strong, VERY quickly became a book filled with what felt like fluff and unimportant self promotion of irrelevant experiences. This was only supplemented by frequent tangents the author would go on related to issues having zero to do with the topic of the book.

In all honestly, the only reason I finished this book was that I had signed up to review via Netgalley.
