This is a short story in the Master of the Cats series, book 7. Abby is a Cougar and has discovered she has four mates who are aliens to her planet. This is a typical book by Trinity Blacio, sensual and explicit sex scenes. Can be read as a stand alone, I received a copy of this ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Abby has one last mission before she mates. But when her plans are interrupted by the males meant for her, can she trust them to help?
A Cougar's Fantasy is seventh in Trinity Blacio's Master of the Cats series. This story is best read in chronological order.
I really enjoyed learning more about Abby. You knew she has faced a tremendous loss but with tale Ms. Blacio showed us the parts she has hidden. I loved seeing that she had a passion and another family that understood her pain. I loved that even as she fought her desires she fought for her family. Even as she fights her feelings for her forever family with her mates.
I enjoyed meeting Lan, Ramiro, Cedric and Quinn. They have been giving Abby time. I love that when time was up it was up. I enjoyed seeing them flounder a bit as they found their way as a familial unit. It isn't easy as all secrets haven't been told. I love that Ms. Blacio didn't make it easy or smooth sailing as they all find their footing. I thoroughly enjoyed this addition to this series by Ms. Blacio and look forward to where she will take us next in this world she has created.

You really need to read the other books in the series or you will be completely lost. For some reason there are numbers missing in the story (I.e. times, years, etc.) Nnot sure what that was about.

This book is about Abby and her four warrior mates. Abby and her sisters of the heart have to find the island that some of their family are being held. Abby’s warriors call for reinforcements to help save the captives. Abby has to learn to trust her mates. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

From the very first Master of the Cats, I've followed the Ladies and their mates. A long tale told continuously through now 7 books. Because of the detailed story reading from the first book is recommended and very worth it.

Still, the Jigsaw ragtag families deal with the dark and sinister evil that invades their lives. Tragic past has Abby trust instinct riding on thin ice, she's quick to want to run.

Each male in her life has their own distinct personality but each of them has some learning to do if they're going to make their bond with their she-cat work

an ongoing story of fighting the gross dark evil creatures, missing women/family members. A race against time on the open seas. A few appearances from our previous loved characters. some yummy hot smexy stuff going on. A full story that was easy to follow. Get it read it and enjoy

I enjoyed this book. It would have been better to have read the previous books in the series but not necessary. Abby is independent, smart and gutsy. Her four mates were diverse and bossy. All in all an enjoyable read.

This is the first book in this series that I have read which means I have missed the previous storis leading up to this one. That being said this is a great book and I enjoyed it. It is well written, entertaining and keeps hour attention. The interaction between Abby and her four men, Lan, Quinn, Ramiro and Cedric, is very sexual and erotic. Some family members and females are missing and there are some possible leads to be followed. Danger is close and the encounter is violent. This book makes me want to start at the first of this series and read more. I would highly recommend this book as a great read.
