The format does keep every step simple and I like the feedback for other entrepreneurs. To start with tips and techniques to use daily, is a big help to someone like me, I currently have a business, to keep my focus and what other strategies I can use to start another business and keep the one I have going until I am ready to sell. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially during this unclear economically time period, to allow yourself one hour a day to just read it. You may not start the steps, but read it front to back and then go back to try again. Nothing beats a failure but a try, and this book will give you the push you need.
The book gives directions on what you could do in a n hour each day for a month, to get your idea launched. Easy to follow instructions.
A very nice book that explains startup concepts using agile and scrum (I am a big fun of both!) and it is the way build and grow companies knowing what and how. Everyone who has never had a startup before must read this book. Having an idea is great but turn your idea in $$ you need to know what to do and how to do it. Interesting storytelling for every chapter and great action points!
