An excellent, well-research book on the role of Sexism in Church rhetoric, this book is a very dense, academic discourse with strong rhetoric. The book is a little hard to access, and I would not recommend to someone outside of academia.
Interesting in theory, but it felt like a research paper and was difficult to read at times. While this is a book some could benefit from, I didn't like the intermingling of feminism and religion. It felt somewhat forced.
Rachel Sophia Baard’s “Sexism and Sin-Talk Feminist Conversations on the Human Condition” is a fascinating exploration of the doctrine of sin through the lens of a fascinating feminist critique. Rachel’s depth and knowledge of this subject is unmatched. I highly recommend this provocative piece of literary work!
