Bring the tissues! I was so ready to hate Julian since he was such an ass when we met him in the first book. I know he had good reason to be grumpy, but I couldn't feel sorry for him. Welp, he totally stole my heart!! The story here is beautiful, the way Julian and Keaton fall in love is perfect. Even though parts of the story are absolutely heart-breaking, I loved every word of it. Rachel Van Dyken does an amazing job of weaving the sad, funny and sexy to give us an epic love story.

Rachel is a pro at grabbing your undivided attention and refusing to let go. Finding Him is about Bridge's twin brother, Julian. Julian is struggling with life and acceptance of the death of his mother. Feeling alone in the world and forced to take a mental vacation, Julian heads to the family cabin. Unfortunately, when he gets there he discovers a knife-wielding Keaton. After losing her boyfriend, she needs an escape. From their chaotic kismet, you are taken on an exhilarating rollercoaster ride of emotional proportions. This is a story about love, love of many kinds and levels. A love that requires work, recognition, and embracing. Finding Him pulls at the heart-strings, tugs at the heart-break, and amalgamate the broken heart. A poignant read at finding a love worth fighting for.

This story is one of my favorites of 2020. Probably my favorite RVD book EVER!

Julian Tennyson is EVERYTHING AND MORE!

After reading Stealing Her, I couldn’t wait to read this story because I knew that we were all going to fall in love with Julian. I knew that he was going to redeem his broody self and boy did he ever! I knew deep down there was a heart of gold but we get to see something even more. We get to watch as these two write their story while saying goodbye to the past.

A furry of emotions will hit you while you read a
heartbreaking love story that turns into true love.

Highly recommended!

As always RVD slays at storytelling.

Finally getting Julian’s story! Taking some time to himself after all the drama that ensued in the previous book as well as attempting to get a handle on his brother and his ex-fiancé living their best life, Julian goes to the cabin where he remembers his family being the happiest, and finds someone else already there. After losing who she felt was the love of her life, Keaton is writing a tell-all book on their romance, but can’t seem to write it because of the grief she has and decides to book time at a cabin to hunker down and write. Not happy that either of them are there but stuck in the same cabin until the snowstorm ends, the electric chemistry between these two are hilarious, not to mention the situation that Keaton ends up in outside! But once rescued, these two become shy towards each other although thankfully Julian’s brother and sister-in-law step in and play matchmaker. With the back and forth from the grief and her public image, at times I wanted to jump into the book and shake Keaton to show her how much of a good guy Julian actually is, but thankfully she figures that out all on her own. I was so happy that Julian gets the HEA that he deserves, especially after the things that happened in the last book! I’m excited to see if this series will continue now that both brothers have their stories!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Julian had me intrigued in Stealing Her, because he was more than he first seemed. This books showed how absolutely wonderful he is, while still being a jerk when he’s protecting himself. Keaton had a lot to live up to, and it took its toll. Together, they were magical and special. I teared up a little at the end, but was smiling too! A stunningly heartbreaking and heart mending book!

Finding Him is the second book in the Covet series and while you don't have to have read Stealing Her, it will help to put some things in perspective for you. What I can say about this one is I was drawn in from the beginning due to both main characters, but also due to the emotions it seemed to bring out in me.

Julian has recently woken up from a coma to find his whole world turned upside down. His twin brother has not only taken his place in the family business, but he has also fallen in love with Julian's former fiancee. Couple that with another personal blow and Julian is having trouble dealing. He heads off to the family cabin in Vermont for some downtime hoping that the peace and quiet will help him. Little did he expect to find someone at the cabin!

Keaton is also grieving. She's recently lost her boyfriend to cancer and while it was an epic love story, losing him was as excruciating as she thought it would be. She has agreed to write a memoir about their love story and so the secluded cabin in Vermont seems like it will be the perfect location.

When Julian and Keaton first come face to face, it isn't all sunshine and roses. They are both grieving and both are looking for solace and solitude, but in reality, finding one another might just be the best thing for them. The two connect on a level that others would not have been able to due to the experiences they've gone through. Being stuck in a snow storm for a couple of days helps to solidify their bond, however when they are able to go back to the city, will they ever see one another again?

I absolutely loved how both characters went about finding themselves again in this book. Just because you think you should do certain things doesn't always mean that is the best thing for you. The pressures that they both were feeling from the outside also played into their healing which was interesting to see play out as well. I really enjoyed this book, and RVD brought it once again!

Title: Finding Him
Author: Rachel Van Dyken
Genre: Contemporary romance
My rating: 5 Stars

Wow! Well, that was an emotional well-written read. What a great surprise Julian and Keaton were!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Truthfully, I knew anything Rachel Van Dyken, was going to be a hit, and this was. This story is about loss, regret, pain…and how to move on from that. Julian and Keaton bare two different kinds of pain and learn to navigate solely; till they find each other. Can Keaton and Julian put their pasts behind them, and explore their budding attraction? Find out yourself. You won’t be disappointed. Happy reading!

This story was absolutely perfect!! I have been waiting for Julian’s story because I knew it would be great!! I really just can’t put all the words together properly to express my love for this story. It’s the perfect mix of angst, sexual tension and humor.

I couldn’t wait to read Julian’s story. What a great conclusion to this series. Julian and Keaton, dealing with loss, find a way to help each other through the healing process. I absolutely loved their banter, it will definitely make you laugh out loud. Their chemistry is smoldering. Totally worth the read.

Loved this book! Keaton was so relate-able and likeable i found myself wishing so badly that she got her happy ending! I love when a story starts with conflict and that Keaton doesnt bow down to Julians rough personality.
Adding the aspect of Keaton being in the public eye and not being allowed to move on without criticism was a great/unique challenge to the story. Rachel Van Dyken never disappoints

I didn’t think I would love Julian’s book as much I loved Bridge’s. Boy was I wrong, I fell completely in love with this book from the very beginning. There’s laughter and moments that will make you hurt for Julian and Keaton. There’s not an ordinary love. It’s a love born out of loss, mourning and new beginnings.
Keaton’s loss is one that no one should have to mourn. It’s not only her first love but she has to mourn Noah on social media and publicly. Also she’s writing their love story and her fans can be so mean and cruel. I hated them and how selfish they were. They didn’t treat her like she was a human being who deserved to move on. They wanted her to mourn Noah for the rest of her life.
I loved the first encounter between Julian and Keaton and the knife. He can be a jerk but he’s just guarding his heart. He can’t keep losing in life. Julian just got his mom back after waking up from a coma to find out his brother and fiancée were in love and the he loses his mom. But Julian is a completely different man than he was before the coma.
I loved the parts of the book Keaton is writing. Reading about her and Noah and seeing what her relationship with him was like was great.
I loved seeing Bridge and Izzy in this book.
I loved this book and was sad it ended. But I loved the epilogue. It was perfect. I highly recommend it.

OMG you guys!! This book made me cry! I don't cry often in books!!

This is a love story. It's a story about a shattered family, broken hearts and healing love. Coming out of a coma was one hell of a wake-up call. While Julian was in the dark, his estranged twin brother, Bridge, had replaced him in the company Julian owned and swept up his fiancee in the takeover. With his ruthless reputation, can he really blame them for falling in love? He had to look long and hard at where he'd been and where he's headed. Alone time? The universe had other plans. Their family's secluded Vermont cabin came with a gorgeous - if at first, unwelcoming - surprise. She's renter, Keaton Westbrook, a social media superstar struggling with her own private grief. As a winter storm bears down, they've found something to keep them warm - an intimacy neither of them expected and both of them needed. After they say goodbye, what happens next? Keaton and Julian are no longer to reconcile with their painful pasts. Julian can't beat to do it without her. Is it too much to ask of fate to give them a second chance at life and love?

"You second love is always your true love. Your first love is where you make all your mistakes, and I refuse to die knowing you wasted so many stolen kisses with me, when they were supposed to be his."

I honestly didn't know what to expect from this new author. This was the first book i'd read of hers (even though it was number 2 in the series) I now feel like i need to go back and read the first one. I was so blown away by this story though. It is truly a love story. One of the best I've read in a long time. Julian is fighting the emotional pain of losing his mother, while Keaton is fighting the emotional loss of her first love. There is so much raw emotion in this book between the two of them and we also get to learn more about Keaton's first love, Noah. It is truly heartbreaking to go through her memories of him when he was alive. He loved her so much and she loved him. The social media world followed hers and Noah's love story and as we all know.... social media can be really hard on famous people when they think they know best without even knowing the real person. It's hard. There is a lot of struggle in this book. I've definitely yelled at both characters (as well as Julian's brother and ex-fiancee) But love comes at you in all different ways and at the most unexpected times. This book shows that perfectly. I am so happy to have received an ARC for Finding Him and if anyone out there wants to read a good love story, pick this one up on Feb. 25, 2020 You won't be disappointed!

Oh my gosh, this book was everything!!!! I thought I loved the first book, Stealing Her, but I think this is my new favorite in the series. Finding Him was emotional, hot, and funny. I didn't think I would like Julian very much but he had me hooked from the first page. I did cry a few times....gosh that first page!!! One of my absolute favorite quotes is in this book but I know I can't post it yet since I did receive an advanced copy for an honest review. I enjoyed reading about Keaton, sometimes I wanted to shake her and be like..ahhh!!! Overall, I really great read from Rachel Van Dyken.

I was so happy to learn that Julian was getting his own story. I thought it would be strange since he was with the heroine of the previous story in the duet for so long, but RVD totally nailed it. I usually don't like reading about the next romance of someone I already knew as a character in a previous story, but this was done really well. Definitely recommend!

I don't even know where to begin with how much I loved this book. I thought the first book was heart wrenching, this book has it beat by a mile with all the heartache and emotional roller coaster. I had tears in my eyes for at least half of this story. I just loved Julian and Keaton, they each had stuff to deal with and them forming their relationship during that was a beautiful thing to read.

Oh my! I didn't think that she could top the first book in this series. But Rachel did! Oh my stars. Just oh my. My heart went through such a roller coaster and was squeezed through the ringer. But I loved every minute of it! I didn't know how I would feel about Julian after what happened and his ...interesting... past. But Rachel was able to show a different side of him that we didn't see before. And Keaton. I feel for her so bad! My heart just hurts for her and I wish I could take some of her pain. I had real tears going down my face for her. I am so happy she got a HEA that will last.

Side note: If you are a fan of Rachel's keep an eye out around 16% for an Easter Egg!

This was one of the best books I have read in a very long time. This is the second book and final book in the series. Julian is still dealing with the events that occurred while he was in a coma and then losing his mom. His brother “encourages” him to take a vacation up to their old cabin. Keaton is grieving after her boyfriend lost his fight with cancer. She is supposed to be writing a book about their love story, which she can’t get started... so she rents out a cabin— Julian’s family’s cabin. This is a fantastic, emotional, touching love story about two people who are broken and trying to rebuild their lives. Although this is a stand alone book, I think reading Stealing Her first is helpful to understand Julian a bit more.

Finding Him is a sequel to Stealing Her. This book is about Julian and his journey after watching his twin brother marry his ex-fiancee. Julian is forced to take a vacation from the business and goes to the family cabin in the mountains. Little does he expect for the cabin to have been rented for a month to Keaton Westbrook, Instagram influencer and Hollywood royalty. These two are in a crazy situation when the power goes out and Julian is acting like a jerk. Keaton becomes injured and Julian has to help her until they are able to get off the mountain.
Keaton is writing a book about her love story with her first love, Noah. Now that she's injured, Julian offers to help her by typing her story. She's not ready to move on even though it's been almost a year. As her story with Noah is told, her new story with Julian begins. Julian is still devastated over the loss of his mother. He relies on Keaton as much as she does on him.
I liked this story. It really shows a side of how people seem to care too much about what other's think on social media, and how that shouldn't keep you from living your life. This book was a little harder for me personally to get through, but that is only due to personal loss in my own life.
As always, Rachel knocked it out of the park with her story telling. I personally like the dynamics between the characters.

Finding Him by Rachel Van Dyken gave me ALL. THE. FEELS!!! I didn't want to put the story down, as Julian and Keaton absolutely stole my heart!! Both of them went to that cabin for different reasons - and getting snowed in completely changed the course of both of their lives. They found comfort in each other and the bond that they formed in such a short time was absolutely incredible and completely unexpected. It truly was an emotional, heartbreaking, and beautiful story......and it moved me to tears.

I did not put this book down from start to finish! Loved the sweet but sometimes heartbreaking love story of Julian and Keaton! He did not believe that he deserved her and she felt she was betraying someone else by loving him! A beautifully written story of heartbreak and new love!!
