Loved reading the last part of Meet Me at Pebble Beach. Elvis the dog is a real star throughout all four parts of the book. Regan is a loveable disaster area, but that makes the book fun. Favourite surprise elements are the flavours of Regan's chutney and her father's new career. Enjoy Bella Osborne's books and looking forward to the next already.
Without giving anything away, this was a tense and worrying instalment of this truly amazing story. So many characters with unexpected conclusions. A must read, unputdownable book. Enjoy. I did
This is the last book to the series "Meet me at Pebble Beach" and what a book! The ending to this series is very good! So much is being revealed even things that you never gave a thought before! I loved this series so much! Bella Osborne is such a good writer! It's always such great pleasure to read her stories! Thank you so much Bella!!!! I recommend this series at 100 % ! It's maybe her best so far!
If you’ve been following my reviews of this series, then you’ll know how much I’ve enjoyed it.
Regan has grown into a truly lovable character and her adventures and happy way of dealing with various disasters has been the glue holding this story together. Not deterred by the fact that her Mr Perfect has a short shelf life or that her Dad is behaving strangely, Regan is slowly building her little jam and chutney empire.
I love stories that tie up all loose ends but, offer a hint that there is a future for the characters. This book seamlessly ties up all that has been seen before and ends by sticking a giant, happy bow on top!
I won’t call the ending predictable because it wasn’t, it was just what I was hoping, against hope for. I avoid spoilers but, it’s safe to say that anyone reading this series will not be left wanting.
Bella Osborne had me hooked and I enjoyed every moment!
I was looking forward to joining Regan and co for the final instalment in this lighthearted, funny, very silly, feel good romance. There’s nothing wrong with a good dose of silliness to lift the spirits especially with all the seriousness going on in the world right now.
I was expecting a few more surprises from our ever so slightly bonkers protagonist and I wasn’t disappointed in that sense. Continuing to grow her jam making business whilst having pretty much completed her original wish list of things to achieve, Regan decides that unicorn jam is just what is missing from the store cupboards of all us Brightonians!! UNICORN jam!!!!!! Well that did make me chuckle and although this city is known for its very alternative side, I for one wouldn’t be spreading that on my toast anytime soon!! Gold star though for creativity and invention.
Super hot fireman Charlie is still very much in the picture with Regan temporarily moving in to ‘babysit’ him whilst colleague and flat mate Beanstalk is away, providing us with a necessary helping of romance to counterbalance the silliness. Can there ever be a happy ending for these two or will remaining ‘just good friends’ be the only option? They certainly make a lovely couple so watch this space.
It is Regan’s doggedness and determination to bring to justice Kevin’s hit and run killer that takes centre stage, highlighting yet again her loyal and loving nature and perhaps adds a more serious tone to the proceedings. BUT don’t forget this is like living in fairy tale land where good will always triumph over evil so maybe the outcome is hugely predictable.
With barmy flavoured jam, a couple of sweet baby hedgehogs and the hilarious discovery of her dad’s well hidden secret, Regan is aided and abetted throughout by the lovable Irish wolfhound Elvis, spreading love and kindness (as well as a touch of glitter!) like a modern day fairy godmother.
The ending is hopeful and makes me wonder and hope there may be a sequel in the future. Fingers crossed, as although much of the narrative is cheesy and predictable I thoroughly enjoyed being part of Regan’s chaotic yet fun filled life. Her sunny disposition and positivity is contagious and her ongoing antics can’t fail to turn a frown upside down!!
I would definitely recommend Meet Me at Pebble Beach in its entirety as a perfect antidote to all the gloom that threatens to engulf us and my thanks are extended to the publisher and Netgalley for giving me the opportunity to read.
Many thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for an advanced copy of the final part to this perfect book.
The final book is action packed and fast paced as it ties up all the loose ends from the other 3 parts and it definitely doesn’t disappoint. I went from starting the books as not really liking Charlie as I wasn’t sure I could trust him to actually wishing that he and Regan would get together. Lots of laughter, a few possible tears and full of great characters.
A well written, easy to read, heart warming book. I definitely recommend reading the full version of the book which is due to be released at the end of this month.

“You're the best boyf . . . You're the best”!!
All parts of this series had me smiling and laughing out loud. It was such a feel good, easy read but so many little twist and turns that kept it interesting and wanting to read more!
Regan has held it together long enough and things seem to be looking up for her in this final part of the series. She has finally found her unique jam that will become her best seller, she finds out who killed Kevin (you may be surprised who!), she finds out what is going on with her dad and finally comes to terms with her relationship with Charlie!
The final part completely wrapped up all the loose ends that left us wondering through the first three parts of the series. Full of drama, a rollercoaster of emotions and many lovable characters the complete series is highly recommended for a feel good read.
Thank you Netgalley, Avon Books UK and Bella Osborne for the ARC in return for my honest review.
Fantastic conclusion to this book. A lot of unexpected things happen, certainly didn't see many of them coming. A mixture of genres in this book which makes it a little bit different. Well done Bella
Regan is staying with Charlie while Beanstalk is away and it is taking all her will power to keep things on the just friends footing they had agreed on.
Regan is also still trying to uncover who was driving the car that killed Kevin, while working hard to make her market stall a success.
When Regan and Charlie have some unexpected visitors they draw ever closer to each other but Charlie is keeping a big secret that will shock Regan to the core.
Will have you .laughing and crying.
Wonderful ending to the series.
I was thrilled to receive an email from Avon Books with a NetGalley widget for part 4 of the Meet Me at Pebble Beach series - I needed to know who had driven off after hitting Kevin and Elvis, and how would Regan cope as Charlie's health started to deteriorate.
I was so eager to know, that I had to put my current read to one side and ignore my family (who were able to home school or carry on with their work from home without me) for one afternoon to reach the conclusion.
What a conclusion! I had worked out the secret Regan's dad was keeping from her but hadn't realised the second part. I had no idea who had failed to stop after the accident and I didn't expect the ending of the story - may have had damp eyes a couple of times.
Thank you to Bella Osborne for writing such great characters and making me care about them. This has been a great escape from the global pandemic and I will be recommending it to friends/family/readers of my blog.
An absolute joy of a book. Loved this serialised novel. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs something positive to read!,
Oh this ending to the series was everything I hoped it would be and more. Things start to tie up, relationships become stronger, there is drama and heartbreak but there are also some ‘aww’ moments and some more adventures for Regan to go on.
I feel like, not only have we now got to know Cleo a lot better than we did in the beginning (I now love her as a character, she needs her own spinoff) but this installment we get to see the hidden depths of Charlie and I love that he finally gets to expose himself a little more. Charlie has a bit of an up and down past and has an uncertain future and all that comes to the forefront in this installment.
I also feel like we get a final step in the growth of lovely Regan in this book. She has finally found her stride and is now really settling into her life post lottery gate, she is where she needs to be and we finally get to see her heart come out. She really does care so much about others and it's great that she is able to show us how much in this episode!
Drama, drama, drama though. Oh my goodness so much drama! Things are revealed, other things happen and then you’re gasping, crying, laughing and crying again. I won’t say anymore because there are no spoilers here but… all the feels and all the action for part 4 of Pebble Beach! Really recommend this series, or the book as a whole and its great escape to Brighton with Regan too!
What an amazing final part to the series. I am beyond sad at finishing this series, the best i have read to date. i am off to write a review on the full book.
Regan's life is on the up, her market stall business is improving, she is temporarily staying with Charlie so at least has a bed to sleep in.However, she is desperate to find out who was driving the car which killed Kevin. The set of stories finishes on a high with the feel good factor kicking in across all aspects of her life. Sadness combined with happiness and humour, a recipe for success. Loved these books.
Oh I love Bellas books. They are always extremely fantastic and this book has been the escape that has been needed. I highly recommend
I’ve just finished part four of Bella Osborne’s latest novel, Meet Me At Pebble Beach. These four parts have taken us on a rollercoaster of emotions with another beautiful story. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and would highly recommend it. Thank you to NetGalley, Avon Books UK and the author for the chance to review.
I have just finished part 4 of this excellent book - what a page turner! I have to say the whole book in general is a real rollercoaster of emotions from start to finish! I loved all of the characters, all very different, but so well written. Obviously Regan, Elvis and Charlie were my favourites though! There were many tears along the way, but also so many laughs as well, especially with Elvis and Regan. I couldn't put the final part down, and it didn't disappoint!
This is the last episode of the serial. It ties up all of the loose ends nicely. It is a very emotional segment that I'll need to think about for a while. I know that I will be reading the series again, in its entirety soon. I am so glad to have the opportunity to read this amazing book. I received this ARC book for free from Net Galley and this is my honest review.
I received this book in exchange for an honest review. All opinions and words are mine. You can purchase yours on May 14, 2020 here : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Meet-Me-Pebble-Beach-feel-good-book/dp/B082DRSX4Q/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Seas+the+Day+%28Meet+Me+at+Pebble+Beach+%234%29&qid=1586968567&s=digital-text&sr=1-1.
OK, so we are in unprecedented times where everyone has nothing, but TIME. I am sad that I had to wait so long to finish this book. I feel like I had received the first three copies one right after the other, but this one I had to wait 2 weeks for!! It was the LONGEST two weeks EVER! I thought I was going to have to wait until May 14th, when the rest of you all can read it.
This book is AMAZING! What other book contains a funeral, baby piglets, a mischievous dog named Elvis, a discovery of an unknown relative, an entrapment confession, a lottery bucket list, and a newfound love of life? I still am DYING for the author to contact me for an interview-it would make a great addition to the blog!! This author is so creative and entertaining, despite my summation, it really does tie all together and isn’t as obscure as it sounds! Baby piglets! COME ON! How cute would that be on the big screen??? These 4 mini books would make the best TV series! It would be way more than 4 episodes, but would be FANTASTIC!
Regan has quite the life in this book, very adventurous! So much happens in this book! It begins with a bang, ends in a HOLY MOLY and then wow! I was not disappointed with this roller coaster of a book.
It is funny that house rules are quickly adjusted. Elvis the dog eats not only the pizza box, but the pizza inside. Edible glitter!!! COME ON! I LOOOOVED this book so much! I cannot wait to find another book by this author.
A brilliant ending to another fantastic book by Bella Osborne, kept you wanting more all the way though all parts and twists being added along the way.
I would recommend this series of books to people as it made me want more and even when it’s finished I still want to find out more about the characters and there story’s
