This is a sweet little picture book about a bird who's mostly invisible and not treated kindly. He goes off on an adventure and adapts the way he looks by taking on little bits of friends he meets (like one of their feathers, etc.), which eventually gets him noticed by a predator. The ultimate moral is a nice one and the art involves a creative use of white space.
