We all need a little self care every now and then. I appreciate a good oily recipe book and this one did not disappoint. Those familiar and unfamiliar with using essential oils will gain something from this book.
I've long been a fan and user of essential oils. However, this title went beyond what I might find on Pinterest to the science behind why each oil reacts the way it does. I enjoyed the recipes and thought behind each description. I can't wait to add this to my personal collection of "oil titles.'
I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I love aromatherapy books. I have been using them from a long time to help me with my health especially my migraine since most time medication does not work for me. I found a few things in this book that I could you that I have added to my self-care routine. I love all the information it proved like talking about the different companies that make oils and gives you a choice on what company is best for you. The most enjoyable part were the simple and easy recipes that were included. I keep a journal of the recipes I most enjoy and a few of these went into my book.
Aromatherapy for Self-Care by Sarah Swanberg, MS.
I have a co-worker who swears by Aromatherapy. This has made me very curious about it and if it would be something helpful to me. I felt this was a great book for someone like me you is unsure about it or what it does...what it is used for. I found it very insightful.
This book is well-written and easy to follow. I’d recommend it if you’re new to essential oils and/or familiar with essential oils and want to try out some new recipes. I enjoyed that the book gives the pros and cons of the major essential oil brands.
I received an advance review copy but had no obligation to post a review. All opinions are my own.
