Nothing new in this book. Standard workout and fitness tips. All of the information here is readily available in already published books or on the internet.

So here's the deal. I pretty much hate exercise and sweating of any kind. A deep deep hatred. However as we age we all know that we need to move more so that we can stay mobile as we get older.
This book is extremely helpful and has great information.. I actually was able to follow Vale's advice and do some of the moves. The directions are clear, concise and easy to follow. This information will help people stay upright and hopefully pain free. I highly recommend this book!
