This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. There are some spoilers for the previous two books but not enough to spoil those characters stories. I love a bad boy romance, and this author was my first taste of motorcycle club romance. I fell in love, it is the perfect blend of romance and drama. The heroes are slightly anti-heroes in that they carry out questionable/illegal activities, but they have hearts of gold, and they have strong binds to each other.
The two main characters are perfect for each other, Abby brings out Temper's softer side and Temper makes Abbie more independent and assertive. They were a great combination, and the sex is scorching. I recommend this series to anyone who loves a great romance.

*****5 Temper Stars*****
I love this series. Temper has been asking Abbie out twice a year for the last five years and Abbie always declines. Temper and Abbie's have had long time crushes on one another and always has been wrong place and the wrong time. When Abbie finally says yes to Temper he complete was shocked. Then in a turn of events Temper is forced to make a decision that will change everything for Abbie. When Temper up routes Abbie back home to California with him she not happy and no matter how many times he tells her it for her protection she can’t really stay that mad but she won’t let him know that. Can Temper keep Abbie safe? Will Abbie ever be able to go back home? Will Temper and Abbie finally get together?

This is a great addition to the Knights of Fury series. I loved Temper. His name suits him and his position within the Knights, but when it comes to Abbie, hes a softie through and through. His age gives him the wisdom to know a good thing when he sees it and Abbie is the perfect one for him. Shes innocent yet, has a strength that makes her perfect old lady material.
The story is well balanced and hefty with interaction with several side characters. Temper and Abbie have good chemistry and their heated scenes will bring a sweat. The action, in the beginning, is interesting and swings through a couple of twists and turns towards the end.
I look forward to more books in this series and by this author.
Will she win over her Temper?😇
He’s the Prez of the Knights of Fury and for years he has been going to Franks and asking out the lovely bartender Abbie, but every time she shoots him down. He decides he’s going to ask her one more time and if she refuses, he’ll move on. Lo and behold she says yes😁
Abbie finally says yes to the man who makes her feel all sorts of emotions but their first date goes pear-shaped and she finds herself just outside of LA at the Knights clubhouse. However, things take a complicated turn but will she step up and be an old lady to the Prez that he needs or will she run from her Temper?😍
Loved Abbie and Temper and I can’t wait to see who gets their story next in this MC as I really am not ready for it to end quite yet❣️I received an advanced copy via Netgalley and I’d like to thank the publisher and Chantal for the opportunity to voluntarily leave my honest review❤️
4 Stars for this MC romance!
Temper is the President of the Knights of Fury MC out of California. Every year when they go to Vegas, they stop at Franks, a little bar in the middle of nowhere. And every year Temper asks the bartender, Abbie, out and every year she says no ... except this year. When Temper and Abbie go on their date, things go from bad to worse when someone gets killed and Abbie is taken to the their club house in California. Will Abbie be able to forgive Temper and give into the chemistry between them? Or will she go back to her small town at her first opportunity?
I really enjoyed the storyline. I loved that Abbie could bring Temper to his knees and that he was a totally different person with her ... softer. But I did have a hard time with Abbie going from this sheltered girl to within a week she was toting a gun. I did like that characters from previous books were in thus book and I can’t wait for the next book ... I hope it’s Crew!

*I received this book as a gift in exchange for my honest opinion.
WOW!!! I mean....HOLY MOTHER OF....WHAT?!!!!! What an epic way to end this series. At least, I'm gonna assume it's the end until I hear otherwise. Just....WOW!!!
First let me start by mentioning that under no circumstances are you to read this without reading BOTH of the other books in this series first. This is NOT a standalone and shouldn't be treated as such.
Ok, now that that's out of the way....
Where do I begin?!!! Temper. My. Man. How incredibly fitting that he's the Pres of the MC. After years as Hammer's right hand man, stepping in to his shoes was hard, but worth the challenges. Especially when he was able to visit a certain bar a few times a year on his runs. Why? Because that's the place he laid eyes on the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. And never gave up asking...
Abbie is my new favorite heroine. Why? Because she's 100% BADASS!!!! Yep. She's put her personal life on hold to not only take care of her mother after having a stroke, but managing and running the family bar. The same family bar that she's had the pleasure of seeing Temper and the other Knights of Fury men come and go over the years. And each and every time she's turned Temper down for a date. That is until today. Why? Who knows...but it's sure to be a bumpy ride!!!
You guys!!! This is literally just the first few chapters!!!! The chemistry between Temper and Abbie is not only hot, but dangerously close to essential. They are SOOOO good for each other and everyone sees it. But that doesn't mean that the poo doesn't hit the fan in this book. Nope. Buckle up because Georgia isn't done and there are more than enough twists and turns to literally leave your mouth hanging open, yelling, "NO WAAAAY!!!".
If this truly is the last in the series, I'm very sad. But I also know that this author will wow us with another outstanding book/series soon! <3
A slow burn romance that is fun and sweet. Yes, you read that right, an MC romance that is sweet. Temper is a bit hot headed but you have to understand the context of why he became hot headed – love, it will do it every time. I love their practical jokes and Abbie’s overall badassness. Who knew she had it in her? There is a twist that I did not see coming and it will have you saying “what just happened” in a good way, really. I really enjoyed this story. If you have not read Chantal’s books before, this series is a nice one to start with since it is not heavy on the MC but it is on relationships.
"These men are the definition of shades of gray. Men you want on your side, not against you. They have no boundaries or limits. They are good and bad."
Um...Temper, yes, he has one. But, that doesn't define him. He's also very patient. He'd have to be because he's been asking Abbie out for years and he hasn't given up. They were instantly attracted to each other, so maybe it was insta-lust, but their age difference kept the embers smoldering rather than bursting into flame. But now that she's finally said yes, better keep your fire extinguisher nearby. You wouldn't want your reading device to melt before you get to the even better parts. 😉
While each book in the Knight of Fury series features a different couple that doesn't mean the behind-the-scenes club business doesn't continue from book-to-book. The author does a great job of keeping the suspense alive and makes her readers work for it. I can't tell you how much I enjoy that part of her writing. And...the awesome and colorful support characters...and the HOT sex...and the sweet that comes out of the badass bikers when they fall for the right woman...sigh. 🖤
I won't give away the goods, you need the excitement that comes with the unknown and the fun of guessing and being surprised. But, I can tell you to expect the unexpected. I'm looking forward to spending more time with this fierce and funny family as the series progresses. The line forms here...
So I’ll admit that I judged this book by its cover…and was hugely disappointed. The cover and its model set a certain tone for what I was expecting, but our hero in the story, the title’s namesake Temper, is in his late 30’s, bald and world weary. Our heroine is Abbie, an inexperienced, naïve college gal over a decade younger. She’s your typical small-town girl with big dreams she can’t quite reach on her own. Once to twice a year, Temper passes through her town and stops at her family’s bar. Every year, he flirts with Abbie and asks her out. Every year, she turns him down, shy and unsure of what a date night with an MC president would entail. Realizing that she deserves a night out to let off some steam, she finally says yes and MC tropes ensue, including rival gang violence, kidnapping, and laying low in the clubhouse. It ticks all the boxes for fans of MC romance, but the difference between the cover’s tone and the bland older hero showing a young girl the ropes of MC life left me a little salty.
A great story.
This is a sweet and action packed addition to the Knights of Fury MC.
I liked Temper he is quite mysterious in past stories and I was looking forward to reading more of him. I still feel like there is more to Temper than we were getting though.
Abbie is cool she has a bit of bada$s in her and I liked seeing her grow through the story.
As a couple they are well suited.
I really enjoyed the twists in this story they just jump out the page and grab you.
All up a great addition to the series. Im looking forward to who is up next.
Heat Factor: explicit but not lengthy
Character Chemistry: I bought it while reading but now that I’m done I’m wondering where it came from?
Plot: Biker asks bartender on a date every year for four years and when she finally accepts on year five, she witnesses a murder and is kidnapped...by the biker
Overall: This was really fun and also, like, WUT
Considering their histories, these are some well-adjusted adults. All of the characters, not just the protagonists. It’s kind of a miracle. Or, like, a work of fiction.
I very much enjoyed the read, but as I was reading, I wasn’t entirely sure I agreed with Abbie regarding her feelings about her situation (it’s 1st person POV). And after I read, I realized that Temper was not especially developed or well-rounded. He’d wanted her and only her since he met her in her family’s bar, but once she finally says “yes” to his date, we don’t really get any further insight into why he’s so in love with her. And, all things considered (all things being a kidnapping), it’s pretty shocking that Abbie forgives Temper and decides to renew their relationship after, like, a day and a half.
Okay, let me back up.
Temper is the president of the Knights of Fury MC. He’s an intimidating biker dude with a shaved head. And he wears a lot of black. He’s a paternalistic character, and although his road name is Temper, we don’t really get to see why. He does lay into a prospect for failing to keep someone safe, but other than that he seems pretty even-tempered. He does issue the order to kidnap Abbie after she witnesses one of the MC shooting a mercenary in self-defense. In the event you’re side-eyeing the kidnapping thing (which is right and proper), Temper is both concerned about Abbie telling people what she saw AND concerned about Abbie’s safety because the mercenaries also saw her.
For her part, Abbie is running her family bar because her mother is recovering from a stroke. She had to drop out of school to do it, and she’s got a history of putting her family before herself. By the time year five of Temper asking her on a date rolls around, she’s feeling trapped in a small town with no escape on the horizon. She’s never even left Nevada! So when Temper rolls into town once more, she decides to live a little. She does not extend “living a little” to include “enjoying being kidnapped and removed to a MC clubhouse in California”. But that’s what happens.
Aside from my wondering about what Temper’s all about and how they’re so completely meant for each other, I had to wrap my head around this kidnapping thing. The question here is: do I believe that the woman kidnapped would fall in love with her kidnapper?
Because Abbie has been in contact with Temper for five years and has a read on his character going into their date, and because she trusts him before he decides to kidnap her, and because it was just easier to do so, I generally bought in to Abbie’s line of reasoning. I thought the timeline for her forgiving him was a little bananas, but it’s not like she can be away from home for six months without people asking questions, so okay fine.
Even if I didn’t necessarily always agree with Abbie, I appreciated that she thought things through before executing. For example, when Temper returns Abbie’s phone after telling her why he abducted her, she pauses and thinks about the possible risks of going home, deciding to err on the side of caution. In California, she meets another of the MC girlfriends and feels a bit safer, so she decides not to be a jerk to Temper for the sake of peacefully coexisting. And she doesn’t wilt before Temper when she’s mad at him. But, um, he kidnaps her and they’re sleeping together days later. So there’s that.
The whole crime/suspense plot is a bit bananas. In a good way. There are a number of things that play in to make it extra that I’m not even going to mention here. Temper is generally reasonable and thoughtful. Abbie has a backbone and knows what she wants. If not for all the drama, I’d say this is a fluffy read. It’s definitely got a good drama-to-light ratio such that I would recommend for a time when you might want a little fluff, but maybe a little tension, too. I’d definitely read the rest of the series.
I voluntarily read and reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. We disclose this in accordance with 16 CFR §255.

This was another steamy MC story. This is a standalone book in the Knights of Fury series.
This is the story of Temper and Abbie. I really enjoyed the beginning of this story, the character's meet cute was really awesone and I felt the chemistry between them from the first page. The way Temper courts Abbi and the fact that he is a thoughtful man, made the story hot. There is plenty of action to balance out the romance and I loved seeing the MC together and strong.
Temper is a great character. New to the President role he still has some learning to do. Abbi, well, she was not my favorite character. I felt her to be too contradicting and a bit childish as times. She really made it hard on Trmper and herself. I wished the author had written her with a bit more grit and respect for the MC, but end the end everything worked out. I received an ARC via NetGalley and I am leaving an honest review.
This is a great addition to the Knights of Fury series. I loved Temper. His name suits him and his position within the Knights, but when it comes to Abbie, he’s a softie through and through. His age gives him the wisdom to know a good thing when he sees it and Abbie is the perfect one for him. She’s innocent yet, has a strength that makes her perfect old lady material. The perfect Ying for his Yang. The club members are shocked with the transformation Abbie brings to Temper. She gives him the calm he needs.
“I like having you next to me. It’s peaceful. Somehow you drown out all the stress and worry.”
Abbie is the responsible one. The one who gave up her college and her dreams to take over the business for her ill mother.
“I’ve just been following the rules and existing the way my mother wants me to.”
But now, Abbie is ready for an adventure. And boy does she find one with Temper. But, will the president of an MC be too much of an adventure? Just when she starts her time with Temper things get crazy. She’ll soon learn nothing good is ever easy or in this case safe. Will she choose to continue that adventure when it gets risky or stay in the safe life her mother wants for her?
Which family will she choose? A well told tale by Chantal Fernando. A fun adventure with plot twists and captivating characters.
“Some families are made from blood, and some are created by loyalty. Some of us are lucky enough to have both, and if you do, then you’re truly blessed.”
Chantal Fernando is one of my favorite MC authors, This is the 3rd book in the Knights of Fury series and it belongs to Temper and Abbie. Though it takes years for Temper to get Abbie to agree on a date, but when she finally agrees she witnesses a shooting. To protect her and the club, Temper takes her back to L.A. to the clubhouse. Skylar and Abbie find that they have something in common and Georgia is still out to hurt the club. Hope this series continues and covers all the members.
Ms Fernando is one of the few MC genre authors that I still read, and I am never disappointed
Temper and Abbie's story is one of long time crushes, and of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
But the consequences are more than either of them could ask for.
Temper is all kinds of lolvely, and you can't help but fall for him along with Abbie.
I loved getting back into the clubhouse, loved getting more of Saint and Rennie and their lovely ladies, and I can't wait for more of the series.

A very enjoyable read. This was my first by this author.
I’ve every intention of going back and read the first two books in the set.
Just shows they can be read as a standalone without any background info.
I found the characters were believable and intriguing, and the storyline very addictive, it was hard to put down.
Loved both Temper , the big softer at least with his lady, and Abbie were very much made for each other.
He discovering he has a softer edge, she that she’s as tough as they come when needed.
Together they are a formidable team.
Great book and recommended reading.
I received an Arc copy of this book and chose to post this review
Extremely entertaining, loved the ride!
Very clear dialogue, concise narration and meaningful info drops. Problems had solutions, background gets explained, banter between characters was fun to read, and enjoyed the thrill and the loveliness of the growing romantic relationship between the two main characters.
Complementary copy given for honest review and opinion.
I will definitely go back and read the previous two books in this series. It hit me perfectly with the romance and alpha male. I loved this book.
Temper is the third book in the Knights of Fury seres by Chantal Fernando. A steamy MC romance that is sure to raise your heart rate with steamy romance, a sexy biker, and lots of drama! While this is part of the Knights of Fury series, it can be read as a standalone novel. The characters are well-written and developed at a steady pace that pulls you into their lives. A story with twists and turns that leave you wanting more.
Chantal Fernando got it perfect with this book !!!
Once again this fabulously talented author has delivered a heart stopping romantic absolutely perfect story that caught this reader's attention from the very first page and held me breathlessly anticipating a happy ending until the last one. As usual the story was spot on and seamlessly flowing, with charming characters, scorching chemistry, and plenty of surprises along the way. I loved Temper and Abbie together. They were so perfect for each other. Temper had a sweet side that was revealed for Abbie. While Abbie realized her true bad arse side because of Temper. I loved that they finally took the chance and found happiness together. A lot of big things happened in this book !
Chantal Fernando is an amazing author ! I always enjoy her books, and this one is now a favorite. I loved it !!!
