Personalisation at Work is an informative, honest and thought-provoking review of how we can job craft on a day-to-day basis.
It gives practical suggestions on how to personalise roles and asks the rights questions to challenge standard procedures. The chapters are well laid out and the summary of key points helps to reinforce what has been discussed.
It’s honest, giving insights to potential problems from personalising roles and work environments. It’s meant to make you think rather than tell you what you should implement. A positive look at ways to increase job satisfaction and purpose. A good book for HR peeps. (less)
