Already through with this book!!! It’s wonderful the recipes are delicious and the pictures are gorgeous. Highly recommend for anyone looking at trying a keto lifestyle. On a personal note the Hot Butternut Coffee is amazing and a comparison to butterbeer totally made my day

Keto Drinks is exactly what it set out to be--a comprehensive list of recipes for a wide variety of smoothies, coffees, teas, infusions, mocktails, and more! The photos were bright and vibrant, but sparse. The recipes are rather simple, contain few ingredients, and those ingredients are easy to find at any supermarket. And I very much appreciate any cookbook, or in this case drink book, that includes a calorie and macronutrient breakdown (it is especially crucial for those with a keto lifestyle).
My only concern was that many of the recipes use golden flaxseed meal, and flax is an ingredient of which I tend to limit my intake. The inclusion of flaxseed meal is a minor issue, however, because I can simply indulge in those particular recipes rarely. All in all, I am looking forward to trying some of these out, and I am looking forward to having some easy options for variety--sometimes plain water just gets boring!
Thank you, NetGalley, for providing me an advance reader copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book is a genuine godsend for those on a Keto diet. I have always maintained that I couldn't follow this type of eating plan due to the high fat content and lack of variation. With the help if this book however I think I might give it a go. There are not many recipes in this book that I don't fancy. They all sound so tasty and so easy to make. With one or two online purchases the ingredients are all very easy get hold of. This book is an absolute Keto bible!
Although I have a digital copy of this book courtesy of the Publisher and Netgalley (thank you). I fully intend on buying hard copies for myself and a for a few friends.

These beverages and broths have a low carb, moderate protein and high - fat micronutrient profile. This is achieved by using grass fed dairy, coconut milk and oil, high fat seeds and nuts and avocados and coconut.
You will enjoy drinking a carrot cake flavored smoothie made with walnuts, coconut milk, stevia and shredded carrot that can be made in a blender and thickened with ice cubes, that is only 360 calories.
A daily cup of Starbucks won’t be missed, as you can make your own Blended Toasted Almond Coffee with stevia, coffee, whipping cream and ice cubes in a few minutes. You can also easily whip up a cup of Blended Pecan Caramel Turtle coffee with coffee, pecans, homemade Keto Caramel and cocoa in a blender with ice cubes.
Make and enjoy homemade beef, pork or chicken broths made in a pressure cooker with bones, sea salt, pepper, garlic and parsley in a few hours.
Enjoy making your own smoothies, coffees, teas and broths with this flavorful cookbook!

I have been following the Keto diet for a while and am always looking to expand my recipe repetoire and Keto Drinks was a great add. It is full of options for juices, smoothies, bullet coffees and bone broths. The recipes are easy to follow with limited ingredients and a nutritional break out. The photos are vibrant and enticing. This book provided quite a few options that I hadn't considered and am now anxious to try.

Very interesting book. It covers interesting organic ingredients and easy prepared recipes that most of us can follow. I tasted couple of them and what I was thinking it would taste yucky, in fact tasted pretty good.

Ok book. The Recipes tasted OK but there were a lot of ingredients you’d have to buy. It wasn’t It wasn’t always To find them all. I would recommend it for anyone who has a lot of time and is serious about keto.

This is an excellent cookbook of all kinds of keto drinks, including smoothies, coffee drinks, milkshakes, broths, coffees, teas, juices and infused waters. Many are very decadent with full-fat coconut milk or whipping cream and loads of calories (never more than around 350) but some are much lower and even as little as 8 calories. They rely on stevia most of the time for sweetener, and use small amounts of approved fruits, veggies and nuts for added flavor and nutrition. Small amounts of other healthy additions are also added sometimes like ashwaghanda powder and turmeric, and healthy ingredients like chia seeds are used for thickeners. Despite that, they all come across as tasty indulgences.
Nutritional information is given for each recipe, and there are some color photos (not for every recipe). An intro at the beginning gives you information about keto with some good basic information.
Remember if you're using keto for weight loss that you do still have to maintain a calorie deficit to lose weight, so having too many of the fattening drinks in this could be a bad idea, but there are plenty of broths, teas and other lower calorie drinks to balance out the dessert drinks. This book should work well for vegetarians too, and vegans can fairly easily substitute for the dairy products.
If you're doing keto for whatever reason, this book will be a fantastic supplement.
I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for the purpose of review.

Very detailed information on Keto drinks this book has a treasure trove of recipes for almost any taste to help keep you on track. I loved this book it had so many delicious and simple recipes. I loved so many recipes I was in heaven. I loved the smoothie recipes and the juice chapter the most. I love fruit infused waters so this was excellent. in all an excellent book to add to your Keto shelf if you find it hard to stay on track with beverages.
I received this book from NetGalley and Adams Media for an honest review.

While some of the recipes seem a bit strange to my tastes, this book has excellent recipes for all kinds of drinks. The chapter titles, especially "Juices" seemed off. For example, the juices chapter wasn;t about juice, there were no juice recipes per se, but instead had lots of refreshing-sounding fruit drinks including lemonade.
The most puzzling chapter to me was the one on tea. These recipes are very simplistic, far more than those in any other chapter. It would have been better combined with the coffee chapter and shortened significantly.

I’ve done keto off and on for quite a few years but was never able to stick with it for more than a few months. My down fall is always sugary craft coffee drinks! This book has a ton of keto coffee drinks! If coffee isn’t your thing there are plenty of tea, water infusions and smoothies! Best of all each drink has all the macros so it makes logging so much easier.
