This is the cutest cook book that I've ever had the pleasure of reviewing! There are so many options in here from tex-mex to a dessert lasagna even veggies options! Plus who doesn't want to follow along with Garfield, Odie, and Jon and learn to make lasagna?? There's also the history of lasagna in here to which I appreciated and I actually learned something from too. Highly recommend this book!

This is a perfect cookbook for Garfield fans and for fans of yummy food too! You might not know there are a variety of lasagnas, but in this cookbook you will find some from the classic to a dessert option. There are even veggie and breakfast choices too. All look great! This is a wonderful cookbook for the kids as well for that lasagna fan and if you enjoy Garfield now or remember him as a child then you will enjoy picking up this cookbook. It is a fun one. You will learn about lasagna and there are safety instructions making it helpful to making this dish with your children. The illustrations are wonderful and add wonderfully to this cookbook. Don't worry if you don't know much about Garfield or his friends. These are great recipes and there is some wonderful information about this cartoon cat included in the cookbook. So, it has all you need. We recommend it and call it a must try!!

This colorful, charming cookbook is dedicated to Garfield the cat's favorite food: lasagna. The book starts out with a brief history of the dish, followed by safety instructions that parents will appreciate.

As the recipes began, my eyes were drawn to the wonderful renditions of Garfield and his friends. The recipes themselves are legitimately good, starting with an Ooey-Gooey variety made with oven-ready lasagna noodles. The no-boil noodles are a great idea for cookbook geared toward younger cooks, as boiling water can be a safety hazard. The other varieties of lasagna include such offerings as Very Veggie, Berry Breakfast, Terrific Tex-Mex, and Lasagna Roll-ups. The cookbook includes logical side dishes, like green salad and garlic bread.

The end of the book has an introduction to Garfield, for those not familiar with the famous cartoon cat. I wish that the author had put these pages at the beginning, as the entire cookbook has Garfield's face everywhere. Overall, Garfield's ® Guide to Lasagna: Cooking Nature's Perfect Food delivers a short cookbook dedicated to lasagna, with some interesting varieties that kids will enjoy trying.

This book is too cute! My kids that love to check out cookbooks are going to love this one!! I plan on buying it for the library and know it will be a hit with the kids!

A great beginner recipe book for kids with the loveable Garfield. Filled with other fun stuff and comic or two. This book was both enjoyable and helpful to learn some basic cooking ideas.

Oh my goodness! I absolutely love this cookbook, as one of my favorite characters ever brings the recipes to you along with his crew! The biggest lover of lasagna, Garfield brings the history of lasagna, a variety of lasagna recipes, side dishes, desserts, and of course a Garfield comic strip. Jon and Odie make appearances, also. This is such a fun, feel good cookbook that will bring smiles as you try out recipes ranging from pizza lasagna, berry lasagna, very veggie lasagna, chocolate lasagna, lasagna rolls, and many more! I loved Garfield books when I was a teen and that was almost 30 years ago.
Like the rest. I enjoyed this one for its beautiful illustrations and sense of humor.
How can you not love Garfield his love for food and his friends. If you never read Garfield before. You must pick up this book ay least and give it a try! Old or young you will love every page and laugh. Highly recommended!
