This book just was not my cup of tea.
I had a hard time getting into the book and wasn`t all that impressed.

I was drawn in by the author's lush descriptions of New Orleans and historic London. However, the characters and their relationships felt flat and unrelatable. They failed to sustain my interest.

I was given an advance copy of this book. I am leaving my honest review.

Even if I found it well written I couldn't connect to the characters and the story fell flat.
Not my cup of tea.
