What a frustrating and amazingly beautiful story!!! I loved the storyline…..2 broken souls learning to heal and finding love again.
But I have to tell you….I was ready to smack Ty on so many occasions. I thought my rage and frustration ran strong for Brock in book 1…..well Ty beat him by a mile. But even saying that I LOVED this story.
What I have always loved about Kelly Elliott’s books is the small town country feel she gives us in her stories. She always makes me want to move to Texas and now Montana. She gave us great characters in this book and a storyline that will keep you interested.
Always Enough is the second book in Kelly’s Meet Me in Montana series. This is a standalone novel, but I would definitely recommend reading this series in order. We meet Ty and Kayleigh in the first book, so I think that will help build into their story. I thought the pace and flow of this story worked well and this was a well written book. It is told in Dual POV. I will say that this book didn’t deal with the bull riding aspect as much as book 1….I kind of missed it, but with Ty I didn’t expect it because of his history.
In this book we follow Ty and Kaylee’s story. Ty is the oldest Shaw brother and he has suffered a major injury that has taken his bull riding days away from him. Ty has gone through many challenges and ups and downs. With his life not going in the direction he saw for himself, he has shut himself off to everything that can make him “feel”. That is until he meets Kaylee and she flips his world upside down!!! Can Kaylee open up Ty’s heart?? Make him see there is more to life?? Read this book to find out.
I loved that we got to see all the same characters from the first book in this one. I also liked getting to know Tanner (the youngest shaw brother). I look forward to reading his book next!!!
If you love Kelly Elliott’s books, then you don’t want to miss out on this newest series of hers.
Great follow up to book 1.
Ty and Kaylee are attracted to each other but Ty thinks he's not good enough for her. Normally that trope bugs me but this time it wasn't too bad. Definitely a slower burn read. I really like Kelly Elliott's writing and can't wait to see who is next.
Always Enough is the second novel in the Meet Me in Montana series which tells the emotional story about finding true love and healing broken hearts. Kaylee is grieving the loss of her fiancée who took his own life two years ago. Ty is grieving the loss of his bull riding career after a tragic car accident. They are two people who have immediate chemistry but Ty can’t seem to let go of his pain & loss in order to move on. He wants Kaylee, he just doesn’t feel he is worthy to be with her or that he can open up his heart to lose anything else he might love again. Will Ty ever move past his own emotional baggage or will he lose the one woman he has real feelings for?
This book hit me right in the heart. I was honestly a mess for most of it as it was so emotional as it dealt with some real hard issues like suicide and drug base. It was honest, raw and real and Kelly didn’t hold back any punches with dealing with these topics. I loved gruff Ty as we watch him try to move forward after his accident & subsequent addiction to pain pills. Sometimes giving up your dreams is the most painful thing you can undergo and Ty was an example of that. Kaylee is ready to move forward but the one man she wants is keeping her at arm’s length and she has to decide if she will wait for him to finally be ready for a real relationship. Watching them navigate their feelings, chemistry and possible future was something special. This story is full of passion, love, family, forgiveness, hope and moving on. It is so well written, emotional and utterly beautiful. I absolutely loved it and believe it is truly something very special. If you like cowboys, small towns and strong woman, this book is definitely for you.
I received an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.
Such a great emotional small-town read. Once again I fell in love with these characters from the start. I loved their insta love connection that Ty tries to fight from the start. I love that every one of Kelly's stories are heartfelt, realistic and relatable. Ty and Kaylee's story just grabs you up and pulls you in. You get all the feels and a swoony hero. Be prepared to laugh, cry, yell at your kindle and feel deeply about everything these two go through. I can't wait to see where Kelly takes us next, will we get Tanner or Dirk's book?
This series just keeps getting better! I loved this book and could not put it down, already itching for more of this world!
Ty and Kaylee had an instant connection but both still struggling with their past, trying to heal from their scars.
After a tragic car accident, Ty had to give up his dreams at his best, when he was at the top of his career as a bull rider.
But still their connection wasn’t enough to make it work. A lot of angst and denial feelings, so much drama giving me whiplash at times but some great humor and steamy moments. My favorite were when they let show that part of themselves hidden from the world. Just so beautiful.
The sexual tension between these two could definitely put a room on fire. There was chemistry but still their childish behavior was ruining it a litte. The only moment they could agree on was on the physical part and I had to say that I have to skip some parts because it felt repetitive.
They went straight for it and talked afterwards. Adding more drama and confusion when I would love to see them giving a chance.
I didn't mind the angst at all and the author managed to show how hard it was for them to move forward when they felt stuck to the past and trauma.
I was a bit conflicted because I loved so many parts but others drove me freaking insane.
I appreciated when they were real together, flaws and all, with their families.
Speaking of family, I had to admit I had a crush on Blayze, her best friend’s son, who was so cute and adorable it hurts.
That is what I wanted, to see them grow up at some point.
It took time to make it there and the ending was so beautiful.
I honestly couldn't get enough of this book. It was absolutely fantastic. I loved the characters and the storyline. I enjoyed reading the twists and turns throughout the story as well. I could have happily read another book about these two characters as they were so enjoyable to read about. A fantastic story. I hope we get more of this series.
I really enjoyed Always Enough. Kaylee and Ty captivated me from the beginning of this book. I found the story to be incredibly sad but uplifting at the same time. I can't wait to read more from Kelly Elliott.
Oh my, what a beautiful, well written heart tugging read.
Kelly Elliott has totally blown me away with Ty and Kaylee's story.
Ty and Kaylee have both suffered heartbreak in their pasts and from the moment they meet both had feelings for each other.
Whilst Kaylee was happy showing those feelings the same couldn't be said of Ty.
He blows hot and cold with her and thinks she could do so much better than him.
Will Kaylee be able to show Ty he is everything she needs or will they continue to push each other away.
I cannot put into words just how much I loved this story definitely a firm favourite.
Always Enough was amazing. Kelly Elliott is an amazing author. Kaylee and Ty’s story is amazing it will make you cry and laugh. Ty is hot as all can be but does not think he is good enough for Kaylee. Kaylee believes in Ty but will she be able to convince him that he is? This is a great read that has everything in it. Make sure to one click.
The more I read from Kelly Elliot, the more there is to like. Always Enough is Ty Shaw's story. We met him in the first Meet Me in Montana story, Brock's brother. We knew he was dealing with some dark issues and maybe we even knew what those were...what we didn't know was how his "relationship" with Kaylee started or where it would go. Kaylee has her own demons to fight but Ty seemed to be the one to break through...until he wasn't. The two will go back and forth, will delve into issues that neither want or are ready to bring to the surface. Will Kaylee's life in Montana end with disastrous results or will these two find a way to bring light to each other in a way they both can accept.
5 Accepting Love Again Stars!!
I’m absolutely 100% in love with this series by Ms. Elliott. I actually wasn’t sure if I could love Ty and Kaylee as much I loved Brock and Lincoln. I should’ve known that Ms. Elliott would deliver because I’m all in with both of them!
Ty’s bull riding dreams were cut short thanks to a devastating accident and then faced an addiction problem. While he’s recovered from everything, he’s afraid to get close to and love a woman because he doesn’t’ feel like he deserves love nor that he can love fully. Oh Kaylee, my heart was devastated for her. She’s a beautiful young woman that’s also suffered an incredible loss and she’s starting over in Hamilton along with her BFF Lincoln. What she wasn’t expecting was to be drawn to a man, that she’s sure is as attracted to her, but refuses to give into those feelings.
These two were spectacular together. Their verbal sparring had me chuckling on more than one occasion and I could just tell, that when, and it’s definitely when not if, they took these feelings farther it would be like dynamite! And I was right!!! But, even though their chemistry is explosive, Ty is so reluctant to let Kaylee into his heart and it’s to the point that feelings are almost crushed. I gotta give props though to Kaylee, she’s lived through what’s already happened to her and she’s bound and determined to have a love with a man that loves her wholly and completely.
There’s so many fabulous scenes in this book. From when Blayze hits Ty over the head with his opinions about his Aunt Kaylee, out of the mouth of babes, to his brothers literally slapping him upside the head to realize what’s right in front of him!
This story is full of every emotion I love when reading a book my Ms. Elliott and it’s one that I’ll be reading again and again. Now it’s time to see which woman claims Tanner’s heart!
Always Enough is the second book in Kelly Elliot’s latest series, Meet Me in Montana. This is a series of interconnected standalones are while the books could be read in any order, I suggest reading them as they’re released. I say this because you get a lot of background information in previous books where the characters start as secondary characters. Not only that, they are part of the stories that follow so you’ll either find spoilers or be confused at their roles.
I’m very much looking forward to the next book (which I think is going to be Tanner’s story) and hope Kelly writes a few more because I can’t get enough of these Montana ranchers!
The reader meets Kaylee in Never Enough, so it was fun to get her and Ty's story. And I ADORED this book! This book gave me ALL. THE. FEELS. The chemistry between them was INTENSE! Kaylee had a trauma she had to move on from and Ty had an injury that affected his life and the way he approached things. He wanted Kaylee but he pushed her away. That chemistry was a constant push/pull until things came to head and something had to happen. And happen it did! I was completely lost in their story. It was emotional, realistic and very swoony! I couldn't put this book down and I HIGHLY recommend this read!
Always Enough is the second book in the Meet Me in Montana series. It can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading book one first.
This is the story of Ty and Kaylee. Two broken souls. Can they learn to love again? Will they open up and let each other in?
I loved this story!!
These two had so much push and pull. So much back and forth. Their romance was a slow burn and I loved watching their story unfold. Loved watching them finally let each other in. Even though Ty was frustrating at times I still loved him.
I love Kelly’s stories because they are small town romances. And the cowboys. Yeah. Enough said. I also love that we see characters from book one here as well.
Kelly’s books always make me feel like I’m a part of the story. The descriptive writing makes me feel like I’m there. The characters are so realistic and you want to be friends with them. She never disappoints.

Book two in the Meet Me in Montana Series and Ms. Elliott gives us a slow burn love story with a pretty hefty dose of angst mixed in there. Ty and Kaylee had a quick attraction in book 1 but neither of them were ready to more forward just yet.
Kaylee needed to get away from her overbearing family and the tragedy of loosing her fiancé. What better way to do that than move across the country to beautiful Montana to be closer to her bestie. Falling in love with Montana was the easy part, her job gives her the flexibility to be wherever she pleases. But learning to do things for herself and earn the trust and relationships with people was the hard but rewarding part. As she feels she is ready to take the last step in moving on, she has her eyes on Ty but for some reason he keeps pushing her away.
Bull riding was supposed to be Ty's future, until someone took that from him in a flash. Learning to accept the chronic pain and the changes in his life have taken there toll on this strong man. He likes working on the farm with his dad and brothers but he wasn't ready for that to be his now just yet. He worries that he is still and might always be fighting his demons, that is not something to share with a woman. He feels that he is not good enough for a beautiful woman like Kaylee. Even if she is all he can think about.
These two characters do a lot of growing up and learning to take responsibility for their actions. Letting the past be in the past and moving forward toward a future they didn't even know they were looking for. Ms Elliott gives us a chemistry that is jumping off the pages with these characters. Can't wait for more from this series.

4 1/2 Stars...
Ty and Kaylee's love story was a special one. They are both bearing deep scars from their pasts. Ty lost his ability to continue his career as a bull rider after he was severely injured in an auto accident. Kaylee was trying to recover from the death of her fiancee. Even though they are both drawn to one another, Ty doesn't think he's capable of a long-term relationship and Kaylee can't risk having her heart broken again by someone who isn't the right match for her. She is too fragile.
I simply love this series. Both of the books have been wonderful with characters that you can become easily connected to. I wanted to see Ty and Kaylee's relationship succeed even though there were definitely times that I would have liked to slap Ty for being such an idiot. It was all worth it in the end.
Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake Romance for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.
A lot of angst. A lot of drama. Some great humor. LOTS of steam. And I can’t believe I’m going to say this as I like my stories hot, but it was almost too much. By the last third of the book, I was skimming those scenes since they seemed almost gratuitous.
4.5 stars. I absolutely devoured this friends to lovers storyline. I’ve wanted Ty and Kaylee’s story since Never Enough and I enjoyed every minute of it. Their banter is funny and you can feel the tension between them. Their chemistry is off the charts electric. Fantastic and definitely worth the read!
Welcome back to Hamilton, Montana where the cowboys are sexy, hot, wild and need the love of a good woman. We have Kelly Elliott's next Montana book and readers be prepared for the sexiness, hotness and the impossible happening to one woman. We saw a little bit of Ty and Kaylee with Brock an Lincoln but man a whole book of them just sexy. Ty has gone through a lot and seeing all his dreams go down is too much for him breaks my heart to see him spiraling. Then we have Kaylee, still fresh from her own heartache yet ready for a new adventure in her life. These two keep denying there is more than just sexual chemistry between them but afraid to risk it all again. The love they have scares them in many ways but when they learn to let go is where Kelly Elliott will make you well grab a bucket of ice to cool down. Have to say there is one part that even I got hot when I read it couldn't believe Kelly Elliott went this far woowee is all I have to say. HOT DANG AWESOME!!
